Good location. Pretty clean. The air conditioner, however, does not work very well, but it works, They did not die from the heat. The sun beds are a bit old, I would like to update them, they were not always enough. The sea is clean, there are small waves, but this is before lunch. Later, when the entertainment ships leave, some kind of mud washes up, it's unpleasant. Therefore, we chose the sea in the morning and the pool in the evening.
The location itself is good, close to shops and the sea nearby. But, as already written in some reviews, the whole impression was spoiled by the owner of the hotel, constantly monitoring everyone and looking into your mouth at any dinner. It feels like you're under supervision all the time! The hotel itself is tiny, there is no territory, 1 small swimming pool, a place where they feed - a so-so dining room, cramped, close to the fence. I don't know who puts 5 for a review there, and for what? The food is also so-so, for all the time there was fish 1 time, and only chicken, rarely. The only plus is the proximity of a good Cleopatra beach, of course, such a hotel does not have its own.
The location is good, the cleaning is sufficient. Tipping cleaners solves a lot of problems. In case of breakdowns or other issues, they react for a long time, they need to be constantly reminded.
The breakfasts are good, always the same, but there is some variety. Omelette, fried eggs, sausages, grilled vegetables. Cheeses, olives, vegetables, fruits. There were watermelon and melon.
The room was on the second floor. I sympathize with those who are on the first. The room is small, but the beds are comfortable. The balcony is large with a table and chairs. There is a dryer.
We've been struggling with the air conditioner for a long time. It was blowing very hard and it was cold. Air conditioning is free, by the way. There is also a safe in the room.
I read online, pulled the batteries out of the remote for 2 minutes. Then, when the temperature changed, he brought it very close to the split and waited for confirmation with a sound every time he pressed the button. Then it became normal.
It's noisy from the street, of course, but this is a city hotel. Then the garbage is taken out, then something else.
It's generally fine. If the door to the balcony is closed, it is generally quiet, but stuffy.
Wi-Fi at the reception is free, they ask for money in the room, but we did not pay.
Among the disadvantages: the mini bar is not a refrigerator at all. There is little practical benefit, you can't buy ice cream for the future, or milk. And our room was not blown at all, not a breeze. But this is not the hotel's problem.
A good hotel for your money.
Positive:
- near the beach, shops, cafes;
- the presence of a swimming pool, and in the shade, which is important;
- good cuisine for reasonable money;
- responsive staff;
- air conditioning at no extra cost.
Cons:
- a little tired room - both in terms of furniture and appliances;
- it's hard to park a car if you've rented one.
Well, what can I say about this hotel. I lived here for 2 weeks. Howled in all the resort towns of Turkey from Alanya to Kusadasi. I have been to Alanya 6 times in different hotels. The hotel has good staff, responsive food is on the level. For all the time there was trout and beef and pork and chicken. Cleaning for three . The biggest disadvantage of the hotel is its greedy owner and his sister. The owner is always at the hotel and controls everyone from the very morning. Who ate how much, who drank how much. He will look into everyone's mouth. You can't put water in bottles. You can't drink your own alcohol on site after 10 pm either. Alcohol up to 22-00 one glass in one hand. Yes, where has this been seen. Am I paying for an All inclusive to have people look into my mouth for my own money? In general, he spoils the whole situation. It would be fine to sell alcohol at reasonable prices after 22-00. So he has a bottle of beer of 25 lire against 16 lire in the next store. They asked for 20 lire for 5 cups. We went to a nearby store and bought 5 pcs for 1 lira. It's just some kind of nonsense. The greed of profit is simply off the scale. It is very unpleasant to be here. I'm unlikely to come here next time, and I don't advise anyone to choose this place. There is no smell of Turkish hospitality here

05.06.2019 We were in Turkey for the first time, we really liked it!!! We read bad reviews about the hotel, but it turned out to be completely wrong!!! Much better than our Sochi, Tuapse, etc. People probably just ate too much!!! The food is monotonous, but quite tasty!!! The staff has never been rude yet. The beer is not very good, but it is exactly the same in the supermarket. The renovation in the room is almost perfect, but everything works!!! There is no Internet!!! We did not regret choosing this hotel!!!
I liked the hotel!!! The location is super. The sea is a 5-minute walk and the beach is the cleanest. Friendly staff, they loved us there)))) Everything is cool!
The wonderful location of the hotel!!!
Nice staff.
-monotonous diet

-leaky towels and blankets
-the smell of sewage in the room
-cleaning is not regular and not complete
