Great gym, lots of equipment, constantly bringing something new. I studied with coach Pasha, explained everything very clearly and showed, suggested some nuances. It is very cozy and atmospheric.

The best gym I've been in, I've been going there for 3 months and what I can note: it's always clean, there are shoe covers at the entrance, all the necessary exercise equipment is available, there is a coffee machine, the dressing rooms are always clean and comfortable (very cool with the names), there is always paper in the toilet and it smells delicious, as well There is a strangler. Motivating signs are hung in the gym and in the locker rooms, which give a pleasant atmosphere. All the staff are very friendly and friendly, they will always help and prompt if you ask. If you get there by public transport, then 90 trolleybuses go directly to there. The founder of the hall himself leads Instagram @alexey_dorosh_ you can see, very nice people!

I've been going to the gym for a long time, because I live nearby. Not so long ago, the owner of the hall changed, now every day there are some pleasant surprises: then a new simulator, then coffee, then something else.
The hall is very pleasant, everything is functional enough. I would like to mention even a bench press with safety bars, you rarely see this. Thank you for developing!

The worst gym I've ever visited.
When I searched the maps, he got out of the results and turned out to be the closest, you can walk in 5 minutes.
But it's not worth it, now I still go to another rocking chair, which is much further away, but at least there you can work out normally.
This gym is similar to those that hotels make so that you can write in an advertisement that there is a gym.
A monthly subscription costs more than in gym express, I don't remember exactly, but the last price is either 100 or 120 rubles for an unlimited amount not in the daytime, 80 rubles, if it's for 3 months at once, but, to be honest, 60 rubles even cringes to give for what you get.
The Rocking chair is more like a store. It looks smaller in real life than in the photo.
Some kind of simulators are the cheapest.
Everything is kind of worn, rusty, peeling, this floor is like in a barn somewhere.
You don't even have a watch, you need to carry it in your pocket to watch time.
There are 12.5 kg dumbbells, then only 17.5, 15 kg are missing.
Smith-the machine does not hold, vert. the platform creaks, it hurts the ear, there is generally someone watching these unfortunate simulators.
There are a lot of leg simulators, but at the same time there is no basic butterfly type.
There is nothing on the shoulders at all - you need to pervert with blocks and smith, or a barbell.
A bunch of some "schoolchildren" are hanging out incomprehensibly.
The site is not working.
I used to come 4 times and the door was closed. I get a kick out of running back and forth after them and wasting time.
Or it happens that you come 3 hours before closing time - some dude comes up to you and starts whining that "we close in an hour if you make it in an hour.."
It's unrealistically simple.
Fortunately, the subscription is over, no one else goes there.
