Well, I'll probably start with the fact that we have been flying to Turkey for many years and now I'm honestly very glad that there is such an opportunity to share my opinion about trips and impressions!
I want to tell you my impression about this hotel and its existence in society!
PROS:
1. Good spacious rooms, everything is clean, plumbing is not chipped, the beds are comfortable enough.
2. Five-minute access to the sea, very convenient just across the street.
3. There are many grocery stores nearby, which are visited by the local population and the prices there are much more pleasant than in the tourist part.
4. Dead-end street, almost no cars and street hustle!
5. A good dining area, wide enough tables, everything is relatively new in my opinion. There is enough space for eating for 4 people and with plenty!
On this wonderful note, I consider the advantages of this hotel to be complete!
:
1. The territory of the hotel is combined with a residential complex, in this regard, residents of these houses come to the pool to swim and sunbathe. Accordingly, if you have a desire to lie on the pool with a book, for example, do not rely on silence, local children and screaming moms will quickly dilute it for you.
2. The bar and the canteen are generally a separate story: there is a break in the bar from 12 to 12:30, because for this period of time all the hotel staff sits down to lunch and nothing works. From 12:30 after the meal, the staff is already allowed to enjoy lunch for the guests. The menu itself is very meager, everything is the same, nothing new, just as usual according to the classics of the genre - yesterday's pasta is being made into a salad today! For meat, if you can call it that, chicken offal (heart, tail, liver), in rare cases, legs, etc. There are no desserts at all, biscuits were given for a coffee break twice a week: the first day they were fresh, the second was clearly from the refrigerator, and there is some strange tendency that they remove everything from the guests ahead of time, if there are already 20 minutes left before the end of breakfast-lunch-dinner, they turn everything off and they take it away, and if you dare to go for the second plate, then I'm generally silent!
There are no fruits, lemons for tea and those are not there. Coffee, hot chocolate - just slop! everything is terribly diluted with water, there is practically no taste, they save on tea and that. The soda in the bar is local from the nearest store, because every evening a bartender drove from there with a cart full of drinks.
Alcohol is only wine (red and white) and beer (very weak), which is probably why half of our hotel could be seen buying alcohol in shops)))
Endless queues for food, the first 30 minutes after the canteen opens - people just take off and run to take a queue for chicken bottoms)))
At the hotel, guests clean up dirty plates themselves and sort them from spoons and forks near a stinking table with waste, and if you still decide to leave everything behind you after eating, wait for disapproving glances in your direction
The all-inclusive system runs until 22:00!!! Attention, when booking a tour, the information is that alcohol is before 23:00 - do not count it is not so!!!
3. Animation - I honestly have never seen such a bottom, in the evening, when people are sitting quietly chatting in the bar, the "animator" is blowing a hookah, and then it jumps sharply turns on for a long time tired and hoarse speakers and starts strange dances, more like the mating dances of a cockerel to a cockerel))))in reality, this is as strange as possible, the same story repeats itself at the pool, when people just lie quietly in silence, the music turns on sharply and adults and children of all guests silently observe this picture.
4. Contingent: there are few Russians, Germans, British - who like to hang out in Turkey so much, there are practically no Romania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, local Turks - the main part of the guests of this institution. It looks from the outside, of course. It was like being at a hop-stop party with elements of garbage and judgmental looks!
5. Reception and Internet: wifi at the reception is free, but of course categorically stupid, for a fee of 8 euros for three days you can buy a card with Internet. All the kids are hanging out in the lobby and pumping their last
life out of the free internet.
The receptionist at the reception of a Russian-speaking woman is not particularly client-oriented, she is mostly also passionate about her phone, when checking into the room, they found out about the safe and its cost - so it turns out if you pay in cash for $ 34 or by card for 1000 lira, but when paying by card there is another 20% tax, to the question why is it so frenzied the percentage - the administrator simply replied that "the boss said to take more money from the guests"))))
EMPLOYEES:
1. There is a woman standing at the bar periodically - it seems to me that she can code with one glance, at each approach for a drink she just constantly "tsked", and if you take 3 glasses, then it really was like that with every move she made on the glass)))
The second young lady at the same bar just doesn't speak either English or Russian (but this is fantastic), all communication is on her fingers.
Well, of course, if you summarize, only very often you just won't wait for the employees and just silently leave, accepting this situation as hopeless.
At exactly 22:00, the big boss comes out to the bar and checks that you inadvertently or a person. who has just arrived from the city or the tour did not have an extra drop of alcohol, because your time has passed, you should have gotten high earlier))))
I probably missed a lot more when writing this review, but I hope I conveyed my general impression to the readers of this review.
08/03/2024 arrived at night , checked in immediately. The room is clean, the balcony for 2 people is OK. There are no beach towels, there was no water in the fridge. There was a constant shortage of paper. The rooms were cleaned every day. WiFi is only bad at the reception, there is no room.We took a SIM card at the bus stop after the airport. The sea is magnificent, you need to enter carefully, there is a ledge and a wave can knock you down.Everything is fine in the corals, the bottom is small pebbles.But there are no paths near the deck chairs and the feet are dirty. The sea bar is paid, there is also a shower, often there was no water at all. There were always enough chaise lounges. Next to the sea crossing, stop in the city number 1,20 and 20 minutes and you are in the center of Alanya there are shops and markets (things , food) Neatly with products, the price per kg is deceived, and
They charge as per piece. There is a constantly moving market near the hotel, the cheapest, where it is located can be found at the reception.At the reception, do not change or buy anything, deception.Lira can be exchanged in the city or near the hotel at the most normal price. The food in the hotel is boring, there are no snacks, there was meat 3 times, everything else is soy junk, there are no sweets either cookies, waffles and then if you didn't take everything right away(. French fries were sometimes fried in the morning, but they are also made from soy. In short , it 's dark with food .The music sucks for 2 hours, then everyone goes to sleep).There is no animation . In general, I will never go to 3 more, it's better to pay extra and not worry.I liked the staff.

We rested for 9 days, the food is monotonous and there is no meat (chicken occasionally), yes, you can always find something to eat, but eating the same thing every day like groundhog Day is exhausting. The rooms are spacious, the air conditioning is good, but the cleaning consisted only of washing the floors, towels were never changed, every other day they were given a roll of toilet paper. Even if the hotel is not important to you, do not go there - you will not rest from the negative views of the staff and the imposition of stupid excursions from the administrator. And don't change the money there either, they cheat with the course.
A good three. Everything worked in the room. They cleaned it every day. The food was good, meat was constantly served at lunch and dinner: beef, turkey, chicken in different versions. For breakfast, omelette, pancakes, scrambled eggs, porridge and, of course, vegetables.
The food is meager and monotonous, the walls are thin and it is often noisy until 01:00.
We arrived, we were held until 14:00, then they said that the room was not working properly and sent to another hotel, at 14:00 the next day we finally settled in, because of this I lower the rating.

A bad hotel. I was there from July 15 to July 25, 2024. Number 1114. It's dirty. There is water in the toilet. The gasket between the tank and the toilet is leaking. According to this, the algorithm for using the toilet is as follows: first fill the tank with water, then close the tap that feeds the tank with water, drain the water and do not open the tap until the next use. There is also water in the shower, the thickness of the layer is 3-4 cm. Because the drain is above floor level. We bought a car scraper and drove water with a scraper from the floor into the drain hole. The sheets and towels are washed to a dirty gray color and worn out. There are barely washed stains on one sheet. The food is tasteless. Chicken is for happiness. Instead of chicken, they give pieces of soy. The salads are sour, they smell disgusting, like from a garbage dump. It is clear that it is useless for the staff to complain. They nod their heads and do nothing.
From the good: beer, pasta, watermelon, proximity to the beach, the presence of sun beds and umbrellas on the beach, there are enough of them. The air conditioner is also working properly.
The staff is a separate song. They'll eat themselves first, then it's time for the guests. And yet - at 12.00 they cut off the bracelet of the hotel and do not feed lunch. Hospitality, che.

We rested from 17.08 to 25.08, met well, immediately settled in, the staff was very responsive, lived on the 5th floor overlooking the sea, a couple of minutes walk to the sea, the beach is very good, the water is clean, the room was cleaned every day, and if they did not, they asked if it was necessary to clean, the food was normal, there was meat but not every day, there was no fish at all, free wi-fi sucks, paid is very expensive (there is a store near the hotel where you can buy a SIM card cheap and enough for the whole vacation), excellent 3, we were satisfied.
What I would like to say is that the family stayed 11 nights at this hotel and in general, the hotel is comfortable. Of the advantages, there is only one - convenient location, the sea is within walking distance (1 line). Of the cons: 1. Rarely clean the room (only at your request and then not immediately!); 2. The same type of food (once / twice a week something changed, and so everything is the same (pasta, pearl barley and meat substitute!); 3. Of the booze in the bar, there is only beer (probably 1 degree), white and red wine; 4. Beach chairs are free, but there are very few and not enough of them. I'll tell you more about the settlement process. You arrive tired at the hotel, you come to the reception, the employee says, "please wait for the manager, he will come and give you the keys" (you wait for 30 minutes for this manager and you can't check in without him). After that, the manager comes and starts sniffing some "baths, massages, spas" at a triple price (they cost him $ 35 for the promotion allegedly, but in fact street guides have a price of $ 15!!!!). The manager's name is "Jan", as it was said - he can solve any issue (but at triple the price). For example, I bought a SIM card with the Internet for $ 4, and sold it for $ 35 (and then traded with $ 45). After talking with the manager of "Jan", a girl will approach you who will give you leather jackets and only after that you will be able to check in. The Internet in the hotel is also paid (I mean wi-fi). In general, the main point of this hotel is to breed you for money!!!
My other advice, if you buy various excursions, in no case do not buy them at the hotel or through the guides of various tour operators (they will rub you that it is safer with them, etc.), but the price will immediately be several times higher! (For example, the price of a "tour of Alanya" for the above-mentioned guides costs $ 35, and for street guides - $ 17!!!).
And last but not least, when vacationing in Turkey - pay special attention to the prices!!! They will try to deceive you at every step! Be careful and bargain under any circumstances. Have a good rest!
I had a rest together with my child from August 5 to August 18. I paid 140,000 rubles. The hotel is modest. I knew this in advance and did not expect much.
Pros: near the sea. the beach is beautiful. The entrance is great. The water is warm and clean. There is a river nearby - it is interesting to walk to it and even take a dip)
There are supermarkets and a pharmacy nearby. It's convenient in the evening. I liked the Alanyum shopping center (3 km from the hotel)
Cons: they settled on the 1st floor at the reception. This ppc is of course how noisy. I slept in birusha, the child is just without hind legs. + ants on the balcony (the cleaning guys helped to bring out 3 times) Of the advantages - I caught free WiFi. The room is very modest! The towel was changed a couple of times upon request. Underwear never :)
The staff is very helpful. I enjoyed the conversation. Friendly, helpful, smiling. A wonderful chef and his team. Yes, the food is modest (I bought yoghurts for tomorrow, coffee and tea bags at the supermarket myself) But! Especially with the current prices for all resorts. There is nothing terrible about this hotel to give a low rating. This is a typical beach threesome. I rate it at 5, based on the understanding that this is a three, not a five! I evaluate it as a hotel employee, with a professional look. The principle of price-quality is observed. The room is clean, the linen is clean, cleaning every 2-3 days. We lived for 10 days, they asked us not to do the cleaning, because we are clean and tidy people, and then they came to us to clean up. The buffet is varied, there is always plenty to choose from. There are local dishes, they add vinegar to it, with sourness, and there are European ones. We always found something according to our taste preferences. The wine and beer are good - no worse than we drink here in Russia. The beach is just around the corner, clear sea, good approach, small pebbles. By the way. - further to the center, the sea is dirtier, and the plates are in the sea, although hotels are more expensive there. Clean large swimming pool. VERY GOOD STAFF! I didn't like just some kind of a sniffer - a guy who was rubbing himself in the lobby of the hotel, offered leather goods, asked inappropriate questions in good Russian (apparently from a post-fight tipok), some kind of suspicious gopnik. Well, a three-star hotel, as it is. The rooms were refreshed a little, but the furniture is terribly old, all the doors creak, the toilet did not close in our suite 1505. I swore at the reception to provide an umbrella and a sunbed, because the beach is for three hotels, everything is broken, occupied by strangers without bracelets. There is no WiFi either, I got it from the owner and connected it to my phone. And it's also sooo dirty in the pool area, for years they haven't washed there, the floors are filled with black smelly slime, it's useless to ask to get out. The food is only for adults, the 8-year-old child had nothing to eat. I don't recommend it.
An average hotel. It's close to the sea. I do not recommend checking in on the ground floor. It can be noisy at night because of the manager's office, which solves issues over the phone and live with the staff at night, accompanied by the slapping of doors. There are few sunbeds on the beach. The guys from the bar politely offer the neighboring sunbeds for $ 4. The staff is kind. A very positive guy is not a fan. The cook is good. I'm not a meat lover, everything is fine. Those who like meat for breakfast, lunch and dinner will be disappointed.
The hotel is conveniently located, the sea is nearby, a small number of people, the staff is polite, always clean, the rooms are regularly cleaned.Price-quality, this is about the Bin Billa Hotel.
You can say it like this: "treat everything with a positive attitude, the sea, the mountains and what to expect from three stars ..." So there's nothing like that!!!!
Let's start with how we were checked into the room!
The room turned out to be tiny, and the balcony was so large that even a seagull couldn't build a nest there)) half a meter square! Well, that's okay.... We go further, there are stones on the floor of the room, dust is everywhere in a thick layer, the air conditioner is all in mold. The bedclothes have holes in places and the plaid with which to hide with some strange dried spots. In the bathroom, the shower stall leaks when taking a shower so that half of the floor becomes a puddle and getting to the toilet becomes a quest)) . When we reported all these claims to the receptionist at the reception, she reacted ambiguously (something like the fact that I fixed this fact)... (Spoiler alert - nothing has changed in the 12 days of our vacation)))
Let's move on! The place of eating!
Half of the "clean" dishes are constantly dirty with dried food parts, the other half with cracks or chips! Well, about the fact that the food is poor, it's okay... The same three.
But before the start of the meal, people pile up in a queue (this is normal for a buffet), but the fact that the hotel staff walk in front of this queue and help themselves to eat in front of a hungry crowd that is not allowed until they impose themselves (this is sur)
Now the Bar!
At the bar, a woman with a "die critters" expression pours chipped glasses into the same half of the time, oh yes. She can still stupidly ignore you as a beggar and have a nice conversation with another employee. He can go for a smoke, but not around the corner, but at the bass player periodically glancing with dislike at how the seagulls gathered at the bar to beg))

Let's move on to cleaning the rooms! But! How can you describe something that didn't happen! Really. In 12 days, the floor was swept twice and then somehow without enthusiasm, because dust, sand and stones remained in their places.

The pool is small, but in principle not bad. Only now you can use it only from 10 to 18:30, until 18:30 Karl!!
Beach
The hotel has its own beach, which is located on a public one. That is, people there especially on weekends to get away and after the Turks garbage like in the trash. There are free sun beds, but they are the same as the pool, you can use them only until 18:30...
The sea
The sea is good)) we were lucky with this, thanks to Bin Bill))
Conclusions.
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Even if you are full of positivity and ready for anything, they will find something to spoil your mood.
Have a good rest and do not save money when choosing a hotel) do not repeat our mistakes.
A good hotel, located very well from the sea. There is a private beach with sun loungers. The rooms are clean. There are small balconies, a swimming pool. Entertainment events take place in the evenings. And what is very good, after 10 o'clock in the evening it is already quiet and nothing interferes with rest. The kitchen is not bad, there are a lot of greens, sauces, meat dishes only for dinner, but everything is fine. The staff is helpful. WiFi at the reception, if you want to go to the room, you need to pay extra, but it was enough. On Mondays and Thursdays, there is a large mobile market near the hotel where you can buy things, vegetables and fruits. I recommend.
We rested at this hotel until October 9, the hotel itself is not bad, of the minuses: they feed only chicken, there are no snacks, only beer and wine from alcohol, there are only 10 rods on the beach for 200 people, there is no bar on the beach, it is there, but it is paid
we had a rest in May to June 5, 2023, the manager Natalia can solve all the issues of currency and hammam, the beach is good, the food is scanty, but everything was fresh and delicious, the chef tried to have no strong drinks

Large and clean room, huge terrace with sea view. Bed linen was changed and cleaned daily. Delicious food. Among the disadvantages are a meager breakfast and the beach. You need to go to the beautiful beach. But the hotel beach is not bad in general, and free sun beds for hotel residents. We flew in early November for 32 thousand for a week for two in 2020. You can't ask for anything better for this money! Beautiful, delicious, friendly staff! And we were so lucky with the weather that we definitely decided to come back here sometime.
We arrived on 10/14/12 at the reception we were surprised - there are no Russian speakers, the staff does not understand a word in Russian, except "how are you?", "good morning". Okay, we're settled in. The room is small but neat. If you say "cleaning room..." at the reception, they will remove it. As for the food, there are solid disadvantages. With each passing day, the assortment became smaller and for lunch you will eat what you did not finish for breakfast, and for dinner what was at lunch in the literal sense. This is the first time I've seen a salad of eggs with pasta, onions and mayonnaise. In general, everything is fine, but we will not go to this hotel anymore. Wine and beer are served in dirty glasses, as if they are not washed at all (photo attached). But my husband and I took everything positively and just laughed at the situation. I would rate the BIN BILLA Hotel at 1*
We rested from 27.09 to 07.10, a standard room was bought, a day later we paid extra and took the family. The standard is very small, very cramped. Otherwise, everything is fine for three stars. The staff is very helpful, the food is fine as in all three-star hotels. No problem soft drinks at any time. Alcohol is poured into glasses until 22-00, a couple of years ago it was poured into a disposable one in another hotel, the standard breakfasts are very simple. Lunches: lots of vegetables and nuggets or meatballs. There was always chicken for dinner).
The sea is five minutes away by an underground passage, the beach is simple, sun beds are free. But a mountain river and the sea flow nearby like a layered pie, then it's warm, then it's cold. We went to see Cleopatra.
The hotel will not work for families with children, there is nothing for children, besides, the wall is cardboard, the audibility is as if they are talking in your room. Although I must say that the music is turned off at 22-00 and the place is quiet nearby. The road is not noisy and there are no hotels or cafes nearby. The bus to the city is five minutes away.
We went to the sea and to the country, so there are no complaints about the hotel. In the evenings, the animator comes and makes fun until 22-00 and takes you to the disco. The hotel was the cheapest in terms of price and it paid off. It didn't even leak to the floor in the shower and there was no tribe. Of course, they are not cleaned like that. Towels were changed once in 10 days, but if you ask, they will be replaced, we just never found them, we were at the sea all day. If it weren't for the cardboard walls, I would have put 5.
Strong audibility, monotonous menu.. fruits are only for lunch in the form of watermelon or pears, rarely plums (or this or that) salads, if you do not have time, you may run out.. in recent days, we ate in a cafe nearby. The rooms are cleaned every day, but the rooms themselves are very tired and as luck would have it) the staff is friendly, does not speak Russian, 5 minutes to the sea.

One of the disadvantages is audibility. I was lucky, during my vacation the hotel had just started to be populated by tourists, and I had neighbors (noisy men) only at the end of the vacation). Drinks on the beach, including soft drinks, are paid (it was stated that soft drinks are free), but this is not a critical disadvantage. I was pleased with the presence of rose wine. I didn't have to pay extra for the deck chairs on the first line, maybe because it was the beginning of the season and there weren't many people. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, near Migros. For your money, the hotel is super!
The sound insulation is poor, you will not be able to sleep well, the mattresses are hard. The food for 3 stars is not bad. The beach is nearby.

The food is monotonous, there is a maximum of one type of meat, not always edible. There are no fruits and desserts, except apples and puddings. An animator in casual clothes cleans the tables. Tablecloths are not replaced with washed ones after each meal. There is smoking at the tables, it is very bad for non-smokers. There are ashtrays everywhere. Number: as we wrote earlier, they are not being cleaned. There is dirt on the floor, in the closet and in other places, even upon arrival. When they come into the room for cleaning and there are fresh towels on the gurney, in my case they were not changed, but simply folded (we marked them for verification). The balcony door in a small room is like a wardrobe, it constantly jams from above, then from below. It is very difficult to use even for an adult. I asked the administrator to come and see if something could be done. He promised that they would come in a couple of minutes, but no one even tried. They do not give sheets for covering, only something similar to waffle blankets. There is a small refrigerator, it cools a little, and that's good. The "doors" are jammed at the shower stall. We try not to touch it once again (we live right now, 10 days, 76 thousand, departure from Moscow, the tour was bought literally the day before, not without regard to positive reviews). The air conditioner works well. We can say we don't watch TV, but on the first day I made a full setup (probably 30 minutes), Russian channels after the 500th. Next is the beach. Where the deck chairs are, there is sand, then there is a strip of pebbles, then a little larger sand and entering the sea on pebbles. There are waves on the sea all three days while we are here. It's not easy to get in and out, and swimming is so-so. There is a shower on the beach and this is a plus. Not all deck chairs are free. In the bar (we are not interested in alcohol) there are interruptions with ice cream (much easier). To the left of the beach there is a cool river flowing into the sea, with cold fresh water! The currency can be exchanged by post (Ptt), the exchange rate at the central bank of 8.47 was 8.20 per dollar. What is indicated on the card by ATMs is only for withdrawal. But in many stores you can pay with cards. There is no Internet connection. What is paid (3 euros per day and 20 for 10 days), what is free (only on the ground floor, it seems to catch on the ground floor too, but I don't know how in the rooms). I tried it with the help of the administrator and did not buy it. I went to the Turkcell salon and bought a 35GB SIM card for 250 liras. It seems that they even write in their personal account that there are more (15 welcome GB and 30 according to the tariff, have not yet been used up). The hotel is very comfortable! Very responsive and kind staff, there are people at the reception who speak Russian and understand the language, they can easily tell you where to relax and how to get somewhere! There are only good impressions left!

You can read on the websites that the hotel has a mini bar, a tennis table, daytime and evening animation, daily cleaning and linen change every 3 days. In fact: there is no mini-bar, and it is not provided, they do not know about the tennis table at all, i.e. there is also no animation, there is practically no animation, because according to the administration, the last animation was dispersed, and now there is one animator, a girl who we see only after 8 pm. Ie, we drove into a quiet a hotel where there was no animation at all. On the third day, an animator appeared, we had a belly dance show with us, which was supposed to start at 21:00, but it started at 21:30, but okay, I won't say anything for being late, but the dancer danced very well, we liked it. Allegedly, this animator conducts something by the pool after 17:00, but at this time we are on the beach, so we cannot confirm this.
Further. The most painful and concerning for all the residents of the hotel. CLEANING!!! If you want to live in the mud, welcome!!! Come up to any vacationer and ask if there was cleaning or not. The answer will be the same for everyone- NO, THEY DIDN'T! AND THIS IS FOR A WEEK'S STAY!!! Why write that DAILY CLEANING, if in fact you clean ONLY FOR THE ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE OF VACATIONERS! While you are staying and living in a hotel, LIVE IN THE MUD! In general, we arrived, on the third day we went to the administrator and asked why they did not clean the room, the answer was simple - "We have only 2 cleaners, 2 were fired, so they clean only in case of departure and arrival of new vacationers. And you will get by, maybe someday it will be your turn! Come to our reception and take toilet paper, shampoo and soap, and you can not even dream of cleaning. WE CLEAN ONLY FOR THE ARRIVAL OF NEW VACATIONERS! THERE WILL BE TIME, MAYBE WE WILL CLEAN THE ROOM FOR YOU, BUT THIS IS NOT FOR SURE. There
is no ventilation in the toilet, the smell is terrible, everything goes into the room, it is unbearable to be already there. There is no ventilation in the room either, but there is an air conditioner, which is the only way to escape, because we are suffocating from the dampness and stench from the toilet. There is nowhere to put the garbage, the trash is small, everything is already on the floor, but when you tell the administrator Sabina about it, she says: "Don't you like that the trash is full? Put her out the door of the room! I don't see any problem!" In 10 days, we cleaned 2 times, and then with a scandal and a daily reminder, we changed the bed linen and towels 1 time, and what you hide with-a little thicker than the sheets -was not changed, as it was dirty, and it remained. Linen is changed and cleaning is done only when you start swearing and asking the head of the hotel to come out and talk to him. In order not to call him, so be it, we cleaned the room 2 times, with an interval of 3-4 days between cleaning (i.e. July 10 and July 13), and changed the linen on the 8th day (July 13). And I'll tell you, we're not the only visitors to this hotel who are having such problems right now.
There are no complaints with food, everything is delicious, satisfying, varied, every day there is meat, various side dishes, fruits, vegetables, salads, cheeses, sausages, sweets are few, but we do not need them. We are very happy with the food!
The staff is friendly, friendly!
The Internet works only on the territory of the reception, but to say that it works well is not to say anything. You can connect early in the morning, and late at night, at other times it is simply useless, apparently there is a limit on the number of connected people, and if the number is more than 10 (as you can see the people next to you), then you will not be able to connect to the Internet. On the beach, yes, the Internet is very good, so we only call our relatives there))
In general, if it were not for the stated daily cleaning, daytime and evening animation, a tennis table, which we expected and chose a hotel on this principle and which, as it turned out, did not have all this, then it would be a wonderful vacation, but alas..
But CLEANING IS NOT BEING DONE again!!! ONCE A WEEK OR TWO, PERHAPS YOU WILL HAVE CLEANING DONE, AND THEN ONLY AFTER DAILY DRIPPING ON THE ADMINISTRATOR'S BRAINS!
I repeat, there is no animation either, the evening one was only 1 time in 10 days, so peace and quiet in the hotel, only to entertain ourselves and remains.

The hotel is good, only one of the staff speaks Russian, there was a problem with cleaning. The sea is close, the food is good, delicious coffee, a quiet place.

This is not a hotel, a flophouse, the food is tolerable but monotonous, animation is not any, beer and wine from alcohol, we paid 96,000 for two people for 10 days for this hotel, the real price for such a hotel is 28,000 rubles for two, the hotel has problems with sewerage

The hotel is worth the stated 3 stars. Clean, cozy. The staff is polite. There are no excesses in food, but there is a hat for Senka. I recommend it as a budget option.
