Good building, convenient Parking, view apartments on the canal. However, the pool is inconveniently located. There is no sun at all in the morning, it comes out from behind the buildings only by 13-14 hours. There are few sun beds, they are often occupied. And so, in general, it's good for the middle segment.

It's a very beautiful place. With beautiful boats and fresh air. An ideal place for morning jogging and cycling or scooter rides. There are bike paths along the entire canal.

We stayed in an apartment with ATELIERO from March 24 to March 31, 2024, a great place, a beautiful view, courteous staff, all issues were resolved instantly. Special thanks to the manager Elizabeth for accompanying our vacation. Recommend👍
