Everything has changed this year 2023. A new dentist and an administrator came and the level of service and quality of services, in my opinion, fell. Previously, they fought for their teeth to the end, restored, and treated. This year, Mom came, the tooth was removed. My daughter came, the roots of the tooth were removed, the whole was worn off to make a crown. Then it was recommended to make a "more expensive" lightweight crown than it was originally, with a price 3 times higher. In response to my complaints, the administrator began to raise her voice. To my objections that I was not satisfied with the price and quality of the services, I was not even returned the results of the dental scans and casts. It turns out that the impression was made on a special spoon, not disposable, but reusable, which is the property of dentistry. In total, 70 thousand tenge was charged from us for "preparing the tooth for the installation of a crown" and another 136 thousand tenge was said to cost a crown. We turned to another dentist, and the remains of a thread that was used in the treatment at Biodent were found in the child's gums. In general, I got the impression that the attitude towards customers has changed a lot, commerce and milking for money are in the first place, with mediocre quality of services, I am generally silent about the communication of the administrator. We're not going there anymore.
