The hotel is well located. Ten minutes walk to the city center. Everything is nearby. The place is not noisy. There is a large shopping center nearby.
There are also disadvantages.
The rooms are large, but not particularly cozy. It seems that the "son of my mother's friend" was involved in the design.
Everything is somehow not fully thought out. Like the toilet is pushed under the hanger, it's uncomfortable and cramped to sit, although it's hot next to the swing, nobody needs a bidet (it would be better to just put a hygienic shower). The sockets are mounted at the foot of the bed, not at the headboard. And many other things.
Someone parks a car under the window and periodically starts it.
Breakfast takes about twenty minutes to prepare in the restaurant. It seems that they are being sent to the farm for eggs, or the chickens are carrying them to order.
The staff at the resh reception works flawlessly. We are always ready to help. Room cleaning is an honest five points.
Based on the sum of your impressions, you can recommend a hotel for business trips or tourism for a couple of days.

The four of us came to you from Moscow for the new year, checked into 104 rooms, liked everything, the staff was very friendly and helpful, added chairs to us, cleaned every day, also supplied fresh water, helped us find an excursion to the hot springs, suggested where to eat and where to change money, told us about the city and the sights!
The hotel has a comfortable smoking room. Beer mugs were borrowed from the restaurant in the same building. Breakfast was for four, let down the tired cucumbers in the salad, the rest was delicious, we tried all 4 breakfast options. The furniture is almost new, everything is practical and comfortable. The TV supports USB movies, about a hundred channels, including adult :Sometimes people can be heard outside the window or from behind the wall, but the volume is acceptable. It's a little stuffy, the windows don't have enough opening up to ventilate. There is a safe, free Wi-Fi too. The transfer was not used. There is a non-working lamp in the room (one of 5), which is not critical. There's a hair dryer in the bathroom, and there's a one-size-fits-all. There were slippers, but no dressing gowns. Toilet and bidet approx. The refrigerator is small and noisy. There is an air conditioner, but it was not used.

A wonderful hotel in the city center, very convenient location, has its own restaurant with wine tasting and an inexpensive shuttle service. The room is spacious, there is everything you need, and what is not provided on request. Polite and courteous staff. We were glad to be your guests. =)
