On March 29, 2024, he signed a contract with BSK for the manufacture and supply of sandwich panels. Today is June 12th - 74 days have passed, but the panels have not yet been delivered. And in the beginning they said that they would produce it within 25 days. But the contract specified a production period of 40 working days. In response to my calls, their director Anton Tolstolutsky said eight times over the course of two months that "your order is in the production process, when it is ready, you will receive a call", or "everything is ready and shipment is tomorrow." But then no one calls for a week. When contacting him again, each time he told another fairy tale about problems with electricity, a large workload of production, the lack of necessary materials, the lack of the necessary metal color. All this time, they are just spinning your money. And so it is with each customer. Only half of the order was shipped. Penalties for late delivery were prescribed in the contract 0.01% for each day of delay.
But even in this case, you will not get anything.
They promised free delivery in Bishkek for my order volume, but now they say that the delivery will be free, as compensation for the delay.
