I ordered sushi delivery, I hoped it would be delicious, as the reviews on Instagram and Yandex were good. The order was delivered in 20 minutes, and I immediately started eating. They look normal, but they taste like a complete disappointment. The rice is boiled, sticky and tasteless (it feels like there is no rice vinegar). There is some bitterness, apparently from nori. The sushi itself is falling apart, it is inconvenient to take them with chopsticks.

We traveled around Belarus and came to the Volozhin regional center with the aim of kayaking the next day. In search of an evening meal, we wandered into the sushi cafe Bitroll. Having legitimate doubts, in front of the hostess of the cafe, I began to pester visitors with questions: do you eat here often? Is the food delicious? After receiving positive responses, we ordered from the bottom of our hearts and were satisfied.
It turned out to be delicious. The hostess shared a recipe for sesame sauce, which I already use in cooking.
There are board games in the cafe - you don't get bored waiting for an order.
The only questions raised were the portions of ginger and the size of the sauce cups. It's a little too small for my taste.
I travel a lot on business trips in Russia and I can responsibly say that the food in Bitroll is tastier than in most Russian establishments.
