The hotel is nice, clean, the staff is polite, there is a SPA with a thermal pool, you can relax and have a good rest. The room is cozy, but there are already some complaints about the little things: there is little light, there is no forced exhaust in the bathroom, sometimes it smells of cigarette smoke, weak noise insulation - according to the neighbors, the shower watering can leaks, the sink is split, the door is hanging on the upper hinge, there are not enough hangers / hangers for clothes. You cannot choose food for breakfast, there is no buffet. In general, it feels like the hotel is trying to save as much as possible, but the cost of living is not modest. But you can put 4 stars.
My wife and I stayed at this hotel for the weekend and rented a super suite room for 350 euros per night. We wanted to relax and enjoy the warm water. According to the photos and description, everything should have been great, but in fact it was one of the worst trips. Upon arrival, we were quickly checked in and checked into a room. At the reception, people speak English more or less. There was a man who helped bring things to the room. The room was generally not bad, spacious enough, but it is clear that it is no longer new, in places there was worn paint on the walls, swollen wooden furniture, and the door to the toilet did not close. The room had a kettle, several tea and coffee bags, towels, slippers and bathrobes. We changed our clothes and went to the spa downstairs. The spa is divided into 2 zones: women only and combined. Towels are provided near the entrance. We went to the combination room. The room was quite stuffy, which made it impossible to stay there for a long time. There is a fairly large swimming pool in the center, about 3 by 5 meters, next to which the temperature is indicated. On the first day, it was indicated that the water was 41 degrees, but according to my feelings it was about 43-44, because it burned the skin and it was uncomfortable to stay in such water for more than 5-10 minutes. There are a small number of sun beds next to the pool, but they are almost always occupied. The spa itself is quite diverse, in its area there are massage rooms, a sauna (about 60 degrees), a hammam, toilets with showers and another large room, the purpose of which I did not understand exactly, since no one was there, but most likely various spa ceremonies are held in it. After a short swim in the pool, we decided to go up to the roof, as there is also a pool with thermal water. By this time, we were already hungry and decided to have a snack at the cafe there. The food was very tasty, thanks to the staff, but since it is winter time and the windows on the veranda are closed, it would not hurt them to forbid smoking in this room, because instead of the smell of food you have a persistent smell of cigarettes. They no longer spoke English in the cafe, but tried to understand using a Google translator. In general, the staff is quite pleasant and always tried to help. The pool itself is noticeably smaller, about 2 by 5 meters, but it is very pleasant to be in it in winter, when it is about 5 degrees outside and the water is about 39 degrees. Swimming in it is not particularly possible due to the abundance of people, and there are no seats in the pool, which is why most people, especially with children, gather on the steps at the entrance to the pool. After that, we decided to go to the room and enjoy the Jacuzzi. We couldn't get into the room right away, because the electronic access cards didn't work. I had to go to the reception and ask for new ones. Surprisingly, we found a plate of fruit in the room, which was nice. Most likely, they forgot to put it right away when cleaning. Anyway, thanks to the hotel for such a surprise. For 10 minutes, the lights were constantly on and off, but we thought it was an electrical problem in the entire hotel, but as it turned out, the problems were only in our room. An electrician came and started walking around the room in dirty shoes and checking the electricity. As a result, we were told that we need to move to another room. I called the reception, an electrician was called, the electrician explained something in Turkish to them and we were told that we needed to wait a little while until they prepared another room and it was prepared quickly enough. They also helped us move our belongings. The room was on the same floor, but significantly smaller, which was very upsetting. Moving to this room, as it turned out, was the worst mistake, but it should be noted that the toilet door was already closing in this room. We took a Jacuzzi in the room, the light worked and everything was fine, but it is worth considering that when you turn on the Jacuzzi, there is a very unpleasant smell of stagnant water. Therefore, I recommend using the bathroom more, which has an additional faucet with hot thermal water. In the evening, we went to dinner at the hotel in the restaurant, which is located near the reception. The dinner itself was excellent, there was a large selection of dishes, although there were a lot of people, but free places could be found. There were snacks, hot dishes, desserts, in general, you definitely won't be able to leave hungry. The only thing was there were no drinks and the waiters offer drinks for an additional fee. As it turned out later, there were still drinks, but for them you had to leave the restaurant and go to the corner of the large room, where you could take coffee and tea separately. Of the advantages, it can be noted that you do not need to pay immediately and everything is recorded on the account of the number, so you need to go everywhere with a payment card. After dinner, we went for a Balinese massage in the spa area on the ground floor. Signing up for a spa was a bit of a challenge due to the fact that the staff did not speak English well. They told me for 10 minutes that it was possible for two people at the same time and immediately said that it was impossible. As a result, thanks to the masseuse girl, who spoke English better than the staff, it was found out that if we take a comprehensive program, then some of the items are done only for women, but the massages themselves are done for both men and women. We chose Balinese massage. I liked it, but I like it when my muscles are kneaded, but my wife was 50/50, because it hurt in places. After that, we wanted to take another dip in the rooftop pool, but there were no towels, the staff said they were out and should be replenished only tomorrow. There were also more people in the pool itself than it was designed for. We went to rest in the room, but we could not rest, due to the complete lack of sound insulation. On this day, a band performed in a cafe on the roof from 8 to 12 at night, and our room, which we moved into, turned out to be just under this cafe. As a result, until midnight there was a feeling that the whole crowd of people and musicians were right in the room. We also tried to watch a movie online on a tablet, but the wifi was constantly falling off or not loading. The speed check showed about 0.5 per download and 0.18 per download. Naturally, nothing could be viewed like that, I had to distribute my own Internet from my phone. After midnight, when the musicians finished, the guests began to disperse, but it did not get quieter. There is also a game area with billiards above the room and guests often have balls fly off the table onto the floor, our ceiling with a characteristic loud pop. As a result, I managed to fall asleep closer to 2 a.m., but then someone came to the guests from the next room and they were talking very loudly about something. As a result, we opened the door to ask to speak more loudly, but it turned out that one person in the room was talking loudly about something with another person from the corridor, through the open door. We asked her to speak more quietly, but it was clear from the woman's face that she did not understand that she was talking loudly at 2 a.m. for the entire corridor, but still closed the door and silence fell. Of course, it was not possible to get enough sleep, since other people began to wake up around 6 a.m. and due to the complete absence of the specified noise insulation, others had to wake up with them, as well as a terrible mattress that was heavily washed on one side, which is why the body constantly tilted to one side. You didn't have to go to breakfast, because there was practically nothing there, tea, coffee, boiled eggs and finished menemen, cucumbers and tomatoes. In general, you shouldn't expect anything from breakfast, a couple of mugs of tea at most. By the way, in the morning there were no clean towels for the pool.
A very good hotel, I advise everyone to eat delicious food, there is breakfast, dinner, number of dishes, everything is cooked very tasty, the rooms are large on the ground floor. There is a separate men's area, a separate women's area, there is also a large thermal pool on the roof, the staff is very attentive, everything is very tasty, there is a minibus stop nearby. There are plenty of shops near the hotel.
There are also bathrobes in the room.
