I advise you to avoid this place. The quality of coffee is at a very low level. The taste of the coffee is burnt, the milk in the cappuccino is whipped incorrectly, with a loose inelastic foam, the professionalism of the barista is alas one. The service, of course, is also lame, and most of all we were surprised by the wet chairs at the tables to the left of the entrance and behind the main entrance, some kind of nightmare, there was only one dry chair. It's banal there is no toilet and even a sink to wash your hands, you need to go up to the 3rd floor of the department store, but the problem is that the entrance to the third floor from the side of the institution was blocked, and across the street to go into the cold, when I already took off my outerwear, too, somehow not very.

Today we went to this coffee shop with a friend and were very disappointed with the level of service. The barista was having a fun conversation with her friend or acquaintance. They came in, no attention to us, they continue to talk, we look at the menu, confectionery, then we order cappuccino. We get a disgusting cold drink diluted with water to the point of indecency.
I'm trying to say that the drink is cold, but immediately in an aggressive form I get the answer: "It shouldn't be hot" and sarcastic laughter in our direction and some comments.... I have already seen everything in this life, but this behavior and the quality of the service is the first time! They were just shocked.
Absolutely disgusting service.
That's how a coffee shop is, if I may say so, in the center of Gomel.

I do not recommend this place, the waiting time for the order was about 10 minutes. I give this institution 1 star, since this is the minimum rating and there is nowhere lower.
