Today we visited this institution and it's a shock😳
We made an order, as it turned out from the director, the person asked for a brick, for each question asked on the menu. But not about that.. he himself said about the shawarma that if it is needed, then you need to order in the window on the street, as a result, we ordered food in the institution and shawarma ... voila ... we were forbidden to enter the room with shawarma, allegedly there is a lot of dirt from it

This is the first
institution I have visited in Zaslavl so far. I would give this place 9 out of 10, but there is no such option, so 5 *.
A very tasty cold brew, which is served with baked potato slices. The pasta is also delicious, but without enthusiasm. )
Cooking time 15...20 minutes, as the administrator joked: This is not a dining room... We'll have to wait).
A pleasant surprise was the 20% discount on the menu from 12 to 15.

This is the most delicious burger I've ever eaten!!!
Pleasant atmosphere, clean and tidy.
The burger was cooked quickly enough and served on a black plaque (most likely the plaque has a name) .
Attention the burger is very large and delicious, grilled and with a beef patty. I would like to note that the cutlets are made by the chefs themselves.

1.04.2023 we celebrated our birthday with a small company in your cafe.We had a great time-we ate delicious food, danced a lot. We ordered pasta, it was not cooked, it was crunchy, that it was impossible to pierce with a fork, when asked to call the cook, the answer was "girls, our cook does not go out into the hall, he said that everything is fine with pasta," this surprised us extremely, as well as the last straw was that the wine had already been taken out it was poured into a glass and we saw a lip print on it)
I would like to say separately about the waiter, the girl behaved extremely ugly, in communication, in fulfilling requests, as well as she rolled her eyes at all our questions.
The horror!

We were celebrating a friend's birthday. Everything was at the highest level. Kitchen, service, bartender!!! Karaoke is a separate compliment! It is clean, cozy, and the waiters work quickly. The owners are attentive and hospitable. Thank you very much for the evening!!!

There is no waitress in the establishment, the tables are set and served by the owners of the establishment themselves. This spoils the impression, since, to put it mildly, they do not do it very skillfully and are not distinguished by friendliness. If this moment could be corrected, it would be possible to put a five, and so three points.

To say "negative aftertaste" from visiting this institution is not to say anything!!!! I would not advise even my best friend to allow any event to be celebrated there in his thoughts! In principle, the absence of waiters (at least 1 person should be), the administrator seems to be there, but he is not allowed to perform his duties, as we understood (more on this below) - something should already be said.
I came 3 days before the event to order a menu for celebrating DR for 7 people. The cook took the order! Well, okay, I guess this girl is the only person in the institution who is interested in visitors (she quickly accepted the order in the kitchen, took into account all the wishes, the food is delicious).
According to the bar: vodka is stated in the menu at 25 rubles per bottle (on the day of the visit it was counted for 35 rubles), champagne was served warm, they did not even offer to cool it until we asked for it ourselves. We were lucky - the receptionist served as a waiter (why? it is not clear), because the owner of this cafe communicated with us with MORE than pronounced hostility! All evening I was in a fenced-off "corner" of the hall, as soon as someone approached the bar, he was "right there" (I repeat - despite the presence of the administrator, who is not allowed to his direct functions at all).
There is no dessert (even ice cream in the package).
The moment of payment has come! Everyone should go to the bar (there is a monitor with a terminal installed), check whether they are going to pay their bill, "talk" about "I don't have change - your problems, look for it - I don't have it, maybe you can change one of your own"!!!! you pay in half with grief and, I repeat! only here you can see that vodka costs 35 rubles.
No THANKS to you! WE WILL BE GLAD TO SEE YOU AGAIN!......
Everyone with a view - get out as soon as possible!!!
In general, "the fish rots from the head." Cafe owners are not competent in matters of restaurant service (although this definition is "too much"), they are not customer-oriented at all.
Of the advantages - music, karaoke, but this is not the merit of the management.
I hope my review will help someone when choosing or not choosing the named institution!

The rocks were accidentally smashed yesterday. They immediately approached the waiter girl and asked her to include him in the bill. I've never heard so many insults in my whole life. And after that it's even more interesting. Her friend (not very sober) came up and offered to go outside and solve everything with his fists (he tried to provoke a fight as much as possible) Everything went well (perhaps only for the reason that none of the staff intervened). The evening is ruined, and so is the mood.
