Disgusting. We used to buy furniture there more than once. In June, we ordered a bookcase, it was on the stock, not expensive. The price was agreed upon and fixed when ordering by phone. However, when the order arrived, we received a call and were told that the price of the cabinet had increased, because our cabinet was made of HIGHER-QUALITY MATERIAL!!! Therefore, we have until the evening to decide whether to take him away or not. We didn't take the closet. It cost the same amount on the site, but did not rise in price. We don't know what it was. Perhaps our closet, which we have been waiting for 3 weeks, was liked by one of the sellers or their friends. Not only is this a gross violation of the rules of trade, it is also an elementary piggishness. Of course, for ourselves, we have crossed out this store from the list of places where we will buy something else. It's not worth dealing with dishonest people, that's a fact. As a result, we spent 5 minutes, found a real BRW website where the same furniture is much cheaper, and ordered this cabinet. The order was completed on time and at a lower cost. That's enough time has passed, but the sediment remains. Therefore, we decided to write, the city should know its heroes.
