Good evening, I want to make a short review.
1. Employees: Alesya (shop on the Left), Maxim the deliveryman, Vitaly the collector, well done! They always performed their duties clearly and competently.
Alesya helped to sort out the deadlines for the order's readiness. Maxim will always wait/help, even if there is no going up. Vitaly is a master of his craft. Fast, clear, decent!
2. Reasonable price, high quality materials, manufacturing and assembly. There is a large selection of sets in general, as well as many variations of cabinets or bedside tables that can be selected in the room.
3. It is possible to furnish the entire apartment in the same style, due to the variability within one set.
4. I was pleased with the presence of a corner cabinet, it is very convenient and functional
5. The furniture looks stylish and modern, it feels like the designers are keeping up with the trends.
6. But at the same time, there were shortcomings: they did not provide much information about the readiness of the order, they waited for their order for six months. It was delivered in two parts, as there were some production issues. The second delivery was supposed to be in March, but they called themselves, it turns out that everything has been ready for a couple of weeks, but they don't inform us. Poor customer orientation.
Ps. I hope all the shortcomings will be fixed, as I would like to continue ordering furniture from this company and the purchases were not overshadowed by some nuances of delivery.

But the delivery leaves much to be desired… If you want to plan your day, then it won't work that way) We expected delivery by 12, arrived by 16.00)) The whole day is wasted)
+ If you want to order their collector, then it is also not a fact that he will succeed when it is convenient for you, since they have only one)
Bottom line: the furniture is good in terms of price-quality ratio, but the delivery and assembly services leave much to be desired

I want to warn customers that it is not worth going there (Novodvorsky s/t 40A), the time spent on the road, you will be sorry. Such a poor assortment, a couple of furniture samples were exhibited, the store employee was not competent, having issued an invoice on the 4th attempt, he did not warn that we would see the furniture in 80 days (it would be manufactured), I think he did it intentionally, realizing that no one would wait so long, but it was necessary to sell. After receiving the money, no one contacted the company's account, we called and found out the wonderful news about 80 days, having our own production, a chain of stores, they can not find the goods for us. Don't waste time, money and nerves. I do not recommend it!!!!
