"I will give you a discount and reduce the cost to the price you were told in another store" sounds strange, although 10 minutes ago other amounts were named. There are no freight carriers and pickers in the state. I recommend that the management change the business processes, because I ordered furniture from another store, where they sign a contract and fix the price in it.
