Guys, if you want your car and you to be safe and sound, do not come to this car wash in any case!
In Moscow, they washed the car at the Black star car wash and everything was always perfect, we hoped that it was the same in Tashkent, but IN VAIN!!!
For the first time , strange blue ink stains were put on beige velour rugs !!!where they found the ink from the pen , I still did not understand! They blinked at the claims without understanding anything !I had to leave the mats for another hour , the stains were not completely removed !
We decided to give a second chance and arrived there again after a while, as a result, I was HIT by a car wash driver who got behind the wheel of someone else's car, who did not even look in the mirrors and ran over me backwards !
As a result , moderate injuries , a broken screw in the femoral bone , installed 5 years ago , an ambulance , 3 months of pain and all that follows !We're suing now!
There has never been a single call from employees or management with apologies!
Never leave the keys to your car to the employees of the car wash, no one will be responsible, in case of anything!

They dented the car with a crankcase. One day, a dent appeared on the hood of my new equinox, I thought, well, maybe the lump fell. Before the next car wash, I photographed the car from all sides and gave it to this car wash, after this wash there was another exactly the same dent on the hood. Now I have 2 dents on the new equinox car, both of them apparently made with the tip of the crankcase when they waved the crankcase over the hood. I will never go there again and I do not recommend it to anyone!!!
How can you make a dent not once but as many as 2 times?
And also, the person who meets customers needs to learn how to treat customers better. His muomol is zero. We need to kick him out of work altogether.
