Unfortunately, the Black Star car wash left me with an extremely negative impression. First of all, the service is just terrible. When I arrived, the receptionist was sitting with her hand to her face, and her conversations looked like she wasn't interested in what was going on around her at all. This created an extremely unpleasant atmosphere, and I immediately felt that customers were not welcome here. Secondly, the staff could not explain to me the difference between the solutions they offer. I expected to receive professional advice, but instead I was faced with a complete lack of understanding and a lack of desire to help. This is simply unacceptable for an institution that positions itself as high-quality. And the most unpleasant thing was that when I picked up my car, there were stains on it that could be easily erased with my finger. This is simply unacceptable after washing! I expected the car to be clean and well maintained, but unfortunately it didn't happen. In general, the Black Star car wash did not meet my expectations. I don't recommend this place and I'm unlikely to come back again.

The car wash is not bad, the guys know a lot and are able to do the job efficiently. It's a bit expensive for me personally, but it's more like an overpayment for a name (everyone's choice). But convenience and name always require overpayment. In general, I recommend it.
