It may be a little expensive in relation to other car washes - but the quality of the work performed justifies the funds.

Unfortunately, the Black Star car wash left me with an extremely negative impression.
First of all, the service is just terrible. When I arrived, the receptionist was sitting with her hand to her face, and her conversations looked like she wasn't interested in what was going on around her at all. This created an extremely unpleasant atmosphere, and I immediately felt that customers were not welcome here.
Secondly, the staff could not explain to me the difference between the solutions they offer. I expected to receive professional advice, but instead I was faced with a complete lack of understanding and a lack of desire to help. This is simply unacceptable for an institution that positions itself as high-quality.
And the most unpleasant thing was that when I picked up my car, there were stains on it that could be easily erased with my finger. This is simply unacceptable after washing! I expected the car to be clean and well maintained, but unfortunately it didn't happen.
In general, the Black Star car wash did not meet my expectations. I don't recommend this place and I'm unlikely to come back again.

I must warn you - washing takes a long time - an hour and a half. There are no complaints about the salon at all. Even my stuff was taken out of the trunk, with my permission, the trunk was washed and everything was put back. The only drawback is that not all the stains were removed, but after asking the guys, they were cleaned up. This is the only drawback, but as it is, everything is amazing!

I gave 82 rubles for washing the crossover. The body is streaked, there are streaks from the doors, the windows and windshield are cloudy, the mirrors are flashing the headlights of cars. I don't know about the protective coating, the car just looks like it's scratched, I'm not sure if something was applied there. It feels like it's all in the sand.
We cleaned the mats in the cabin at the same time not bad. You have to run for the keys, the exit barrier was closed in front of your nose.
I don't see any point in coming here again. Last time I gave only 60 rubles for the interior, the windows were wiped well, there were no questions on the slope either, but they didn't even lift the rubber mat in the trunk, the rubber mat itself remained in the dirt at the joints.
