Firstly, they are openly deceived when the officer was told that there was no ordered weight (barbecue), the plate was silently taken away and after 10 minutes they brought twice as much! With some ridiculous excuses (they count the weight of raw meat!) And secondly, the taste of the same dishes is always different, this applies to everything and taste and roasting! Not another foot!

The discontent is that this couple began to show their indignation, what they have been waiting for for a long time, the result of the whole situation: the couple who came after us, they brought the order first than my husband and I, and why ?? Because these are friends of the bar administration?It 's not fair somehow !!!! We waited another 25 minutes for our order, after we delivered their order to that couple. We called back ourselves, they replied that the kitchen was loaded and they could bring the order at 20:50!!! Delivery is at 19:15, and the order processing time is at 19:10-how is it at all??? We were unhappy, because the girl argued with us and clarified the relationship, agreed that they would deliver at 20:30. After 5 minutes, the guy called back, introduced himself as the administrator-Ilya, with the question: whether to deliver sushi to us at all, they will be able to bring them only at 20:50, they did not wait for apologies, comments on taking measures to improve the service as well. We agreed to delivery at 20:50, because both we and the children are hungry! As a result, the courier arrived at 21:52! The waiting time for sushi is 4 hours??? Seriously? No one from the administration is responsible for their words. Absolutely no customer orientation.

Delivery works worse. We placed an order, the website indicates that the delivery time is 1-1.5 hours. An hour and a half later, they called us, apologizing for not seeing our order. They offered to wait another hour. After that, they called back and said that the order could not be delivered because the kitchen had run out of some components for hot and fried sushi.
The contingent is diverse, cheerful, the music is dancing, cool. But a small dance floor.
