I really liked the territory, which has a hammock, a swimming pool, a grill area, many benches with tables where you can come sit and eat your own food, there are dishes, electric stoves, cozy terraces overlooking the territory, well-groomed plants, affectionate cats on the territory, convenient location (literally 5 minutes walk to the sea).
That's where the advantages ended. On the hotel's website, which was also clarified by the owner's whatsapp, the presence of a hair dryer in the rooms was indicated. In fact, there are no hair dryers, the staff on request gave out their personal hair dryer for a short time, which was so "powerful" that without his participation the hair dried much faster. There is not a single shelf in the shower in the rooms so that you can put YOUR OWN shower gel and shampoo, since there were no disposable ones, of course, as well as soap. I had to use my own soap, which I took with me for the first time to the hotel with some kind of feeling.
When the toilet paper ran out (which was used up for 2/3 of the roll upon check-in), we were forced to contact the staff, to which we received the answer that one roll of paper was issued, and then not a whole one, for two people for 10!!! days. During these 10 days, no one even tried to clean the room, while the entire chandelier was hung with cobwebs, as well as all corners of the room and the boiler in the bathroom. The whole room was littered with some huge flying insects and spiders.
The washing machine is one for two rather large buildings, if you need to wash something, be kind enough to stand in line. When we left the hotel, a maid was already standing guard near the room at 10:00, although the room is usually vacated at 12.

We rested in August for the first time in the Black Sea Riviera. I liked everything, the large, green and very beautiful territory. There is everything you need for living (iron, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave oven, kettle). Several barbecue areas. There is always clean water in the pool. There is a large selection of rooms and houses for every pocket and taste. The sea is 5 minutes away at a calm pace, of which 2 minutes are already walking along the main grove. A nice cozy place, you can choose a house depending on your preferences and needs: wooden, stone. The kitchens are shared, where you can cook, there are many areas for eating. The hosts are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The sea is a seven-minute walk away (cross the road and walk through a small strip of Pitsunda pines).
Now I wanted to update the review. We come to Abkhazia every year, we live in different places, but we always cut out a few days for the Riviera.
Prices in the country are no longer the same as 10-15 years ago, Abkhazia has become much more expensive. Here, the owners do not seek to cash in, do not inflate prices, even for individual houses, without neighbors in the corridor.
And the beach alone in this part of Pitsunda is worth a lot! We live in Krasnodar, but for many years we have not traveled to the Kuban coast, where even a standing place is difficult to find on the beach!

Great place! A huge territory, a choice of accommodation for every taste, and most importantly-walk to the sea in 5 minutes slowly. Mom and godmother have been vacationing here for the third year in a row, my son and I for the first time. I'm thrilled!!! Quiet, calm, no one bothers anyone. The owners are great people. We rested from 17 to 25.08. The weather was gorgeous, the sea was magnificent. I really liked the Black Sea Riviera. I'm going to drive now, only here. Thanks to the hosts for the warm welcome. We rested for 10 days from August 5. I really liked everything!!! The villa is just super. It's close to the sea. The pool is clean. You can eat nearby in a cafe or walk to the Cypress Alley, there are many canteens and cafes. At first, the noise from the road was annoying, but then they got used to it, in principle, there are probably no completely quiet places in the city. The hosts and staff are very friendly and kind people. We will definitely come again!!!

We had a rest from July 28 to August 9 in this beautiful hotel complex. There are definitely no more cool ones in Pitsunda. Rooms for every taste and budget. The pool for children is shallow and safe. Kitchen, washing machine, huge territory. There are a lot of beautiful fragrant plants. Friendly hosts and special thanks to the employee Natalia, who is always ready to help. We didn't find any disadvantages, from the wishes: to take out the parking place from the pool further to the fence, put a couple of swings in the same eco-style for children and add more pots, lids, buckets for the kitchen. The rest is great - we plan to return here next year.

We rested for the first time in this guest house based on previous reviews and everything turned out to be better than expected for us. A very large and well-groomed territory, a large room with a mini fridge, everything you needed in the kitchen, good noise insulation for Abkhazia, you can hardly hear the road and most importantly, it takes about three minutes to walk to the beach with a shower and transfusion booths, and 15 minutes to walk to the city center and the market. The owners also have along the way The beach has its own cafe entourage with a good beef-based menu, a full-length Soviet mosaic based on the Argonauts' journey. Special thanks to the owners for the pool, which was cleaned and renewed once every three days.

We had a rest in the first half of July, a two-room room, wood trim, in one room a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a double and a single bed, air conditioning, in another room a double bed, a sofa, and a small refrigerator. The only thing missing was a table, but at our request it was quickly organized for us. There is a shower cabin in the bathroom. The kitchen is shared in the courtyard, everything you need is there. There is also a washing machine and a TV. For some, the lack of TV in the room is a minus, for us it is a plus, since if the children watched their favorite cartoons, they watched from outside the room, but in the shared kitchen outdoors under a canopy.
We were comfortable.
A huge plus is a fairly large completely enclosed area, you could safely let the children run with quickly found friends :). There are many plants and flowers.
The pool is not big, not deep, it's the best for children. The main thing is that the water there is clean, as the water was changed every three days.
It takes 5 minutes to walk to the beach, 10-15 minutes to shops/market, or a taxi for 200-300 rubles.
Cons - angry mosquitoes, children's legs were bitten on the second day (this is not a minus of GD, this is a minus of Pitsunda, repellents are needed). And the ants that didn't really bother us in the room, after all, ants are not cockroaches or mosquitoes, they don't bite, they crawled around the sink and okay.
Yes, there are no mosquito nets on the windows, but it was so hot that there was no way without an air conditioner, and with the air conditioner on, the windows still couldn't be opened.
We decided that we would definitely come back again. The place is ideal for families with children. Yes, this is not a hotel with frequent towel changes and cleaning every day, but it costs much less.

We had a rest for 4 years in a row from September 1 to September 12. We also booked a room this year. Everything is great. The location of the Guest house and the beach is just great! Tomarochka the hostess is a sympathetic smart girl. We are really looking forward to September 1st. We have traveled all over Abkhazia for 4 years and have not found a better place. The Black Sea Riviera opened its doors to us from August 16 to August 30, 2023. The territory is large and beautiful, there are many houses, rooms in stone buildings,shared summer kitchens, gazebos,barbecues, a swimming pool.there is no deiskaya platform. Washing machine, iron, ironing board,refrigerator, everything is there.3 minutes to the sea, straight out, pine forest and immediately the sea.It is very comfortable to hide from the heat behind the pine trees on the beach.ideal location.there are air conditioners, there are almost no people on the beach.nearby there is a cypress alley with many restaurants, umbrellas on the beach for 500 rubles (we did not take them because there are pines), sun beds for 200 rubles, there are bananas, cheesecakes, catamarans, argo restaurant on the beach, where in the evenings there is a disco, then jazz, then a violin. To get to the center where the Pitsunda bay is 200 rubles by taxi or 15 minutes on foot, well, minibuses also go for 50 rubles, I didn't like it in the bay, too many people, so we rode on the Ferris wheel, the fountain looked at the diver, the statue of Medea, the restaurant on the 15th floor. The hotel is beautiful. It is very conveniently located. The sea is close, 5 minutes walk, there are cafes and shops nearby. The hostess of the hotel, Tamara, is very pleasant, sociable and attentive. Our personal frying pan was stolen (( and why personal - there are absolutely not enough dishes in the kitchen !!!! And so it will go in general !!in the rooms of the 2,3 floor of the hotel there is no Wi-Fi at all, the TV is constantly loading in the phone it is not possible to sit!! We visited this beautiful place in June 2023, we were settled immediately upon arrival, which certainly pleased us because the road was long. The room is cozy with all amenities. In 2018, we had a rest there. I really liked it. Everything is always clean, both in the rooms and on the territory. Quietly. Calmly. It's just right with the kids. I highly recommend it.
In 2020, we were lucky enough to relax in this wonderful place again. We really wanted to get to 2022, but unfortunately there were no places. I am very happy for the hosts that they have so many guests. I hope we will come to this wonderful place again in 2023.

We rested here from July 15 to July 25, 2022.
A wonderful place: beautiful, cozy, clean.
We had a triple room. It consists of 2 small rooms and a shower room. One has a sofa, the other has a comfortable double bed. The linen and bath towels are clean. There is also a refrigerator, 2 bedside tables, a wardrobe. The kitchen is shared, where there are electric tiles, dishes, washing machine, iron. The territory has a swimming pool, a fountain, barbecue areas, recreation areas, hammocks and very beautiful plants. And all this is managed by a very kind, intelligent hostess-Tamara. I highly recommend it.

We are having a family vacation for the second time. And if Abkhazia, then only there. Great wooden houses, clean! After each guest, "all pillows, blankets, etc. are fried in the sun. We rested in May 2021, just a great place, there is air conditioning, shower, toilet, Wi-Fi, shared kitchen, barbecue area, some three minutes to the sea, a beautiful relic forest, if I'm not mistaken, the only one of its kind that has been preserved, we were greeted very cordially, as the most expensive guests, explained where the center is, market, ATM of the Savings Bank (there is a small commission in it) where is it cheaper to buy, where are the delicious cafes, the owners are the kindest people, we are so delighted with this place, upon arrival home we advised our friends the Black Sea Riviera and they have already traveled more than once!!!! At home, you often feel sad about the memories of Abkhazia and the Black Sea Riviera, once again, a wonderful place to go, you will not regret it!

Unfortunately, I didn't like this place. We stopped by because we didn't have time to look for something decent. We had a rest in June 2022. 2000 ₽ for a stuffy and smelly room with mosquitoes (there is no net on the window), a broken toilet, an air conditioner that does not work, regular shut-off of water and light. The location next to the road is also a big disadvantage. The sea is 3 minutes away, for this 2 balls, not one. I didn't notice any staff on the territory at all. There is no mop or broom in the room, the bed is not fresh, there are no blankets (it was cold). The kettle worked 👏, as well as 1 toilet paper for 10 days and a piece of soap from the palm of a baby for two people, it pleased me. A lot of cockroaches of all kinds😄 But they were warned about them in advance))

The center of Pitsunda is a 5-10-minute walk away, the beach is 300 meters away. A cafe is a 2-minute walk away (it used to be like this, maybe something has changed in terms of catering)

The service is at zero. We rented a separate house with three rooms, and this is conditional, because only one is isolated. There is one bathroom for the whole house connected to the shower, the morning is hell, the procedures stretch for 2 hours. The Internet doesn't catch it.
