I am a resident of Dzerzhinsk. The fund has been open since July 2015. A lot of detailed information has been collected about the residents of the city. It is entered into the database. But there is NO real humanitarian aid! It has not been issued - they say in the fund they have not received it yet. We do not know who to turn to for clarification - if there is no humanitarian aid for three months - why they continue to collect data: salary, passport data, ... WHY THERE IS NO HUMANITARIAN AID!
