I do not recommend anyone to visit this place! The staff doesn't know their job, they mess up things, and then they'll blame you for it. I handed in a new item, got it, didn't look at it right away. I came home, torn at all seams. The thing was ironed incorrectly too, the linen fabric was ironed with a hot iron, there are traces of iron everywhere! She received no apologies or compensation for my objections. The thing is ruined, and so is the mood.

Boors, non-professionals, work, they ruined the thing, didn't even apologize, left the thing, sewed it up the next day and gave it back, they're still rude, they make you feel guilty for what happened. Caution! They will ruin the thing and will not apologize!
If you value your things, I advise you to think 100 times before taking them to this dry cleaner!
I was a regular customer for 2 years, during which time 4 shirts were ruined for me, there were burned spots and holes... The first 3 shirts that were ruined for me were not new and I did not present anything, I only indicated to the managers the fact of what happened. When I came to hand over the shirts again, there was one brand new shirt among them, which I had just bought and worn only 1 time. Having a sad experience, I asked them to be more careful and not spoil my new shirt. When I came to pick it up, I took the shirt without a second thought and the lady already found a burnt hole and a dirty collar on it! On a new shirt!
Of course, I brought the shirt back in the same package, showed the damage. And then it started: they began to convince me that they were cleaning a stain (on a new shirt!), that it was so and a bunch of other pretexts. I brought 3 other ruined shirts, showed them too, in response they nodded at me and said "it happens." They said leave the shirt, we'll show it to the director.
As a result, Director Ryana promised to buy another shirt instead. but!
BUT GREED AND DISHONESTY TOOK OVER AND A WEEK LATER SHE WROTE THAT SHE WOULD NOT REPLACE ANYTHING AND WOULD NOT COMPENSATE FOR A RUINED NEW SHIRT IN ANY WAY! All this was accompanied by the comment "you can go to court, you won't prove anything." And then deleted all the correspondence)))
In the end, I told her that it was on her conscience and neither I nor my friends and colleagues use Blanco's services anymore. The lesson is too expensive....

I don't rent things to Poland. They ruined a down jacket worth a lot of money. The inner lining was torn right at the seams. I noticed when in the season socks (in winter) had to be taken out of the closet. My mistake is that I didn't check there on the spot. You can't prove it now, although the stapled number remains.

Terrible dry cleaning! The staff is friendly at first, and after they return the damaged items, they are immediately rude, rude, and do not admit their mistakes. 2 children's jackets were ruined. Ruined the color! The filler was all gathered in the corners, although all the information was indicated on the label! Irresponsible! Don't set foot on them anymore! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!

Terrible cleaning quality. When they accept things, the staff is very polite, when they give them away and you make claims about the quality of the work, they immediately start being rude to you and saying that you are handing over old things that you need from us. When I was there, they lost things to three clients. Unprofessionalism, rudeness. After cleaning, stains appeared on things.
