Hello, we had a family vacation in March 2024. We are two adults + two teenage boys. We arrived from the airport by taxi, of course we paid $ 15 with taxi drivers, the uber application did not work immediately, although we bought a local SIM card and installed it, if you order a taxi through the application, the amount is not significant to the airport (so we left for $ 3 back) I liked the hotel very much, we arrived very late, we were fed, which was very pleasant, we were settled in the 3rd building, 2nd floor, 160 room, close to the reception, convenient. By 1 p.m., ice cream was distributed to children every day. Even teenagers are happy. It also happened more than once for dinner ice cream. The room was cleaned, but until you ask, and we don't need it every day, the bed hasn't been changed, we really needed it at least once. They write a lot about mosquitoes, I read before leaving, no fig, a couple may have flown by during the rest period, but they did not bite or interfere, I rested earlier in Egypt, mosquitoes did not interfere and did not even see them, and so the polite staff, just wonderful people work in the cafe, strong men, since their work it is not easy to cook, I ask the guests very much, go with your children for food together, otherwise the children themselves are of different ages, not neat, they scatter everything, they collect food and do not finish everything they have collected! The chef himself is excellent, he worries about the quality of cooked food, he works himself and always goes out to the guests, clarifies how things are))) We were treated to strawberries for dinner more than once. It seemed to me that there are fewer Russians in the hotel than Europeans, which is cool. At the reception, it is in the hall where guests rest cleanly, smells delicious from a humidifier that sprays a pleasant smell, everything is beautiful, also on the sofas, I ask guests to behave not like at home, drunk, feet on the table, even girls do not hesitate to spread their feet damn, spill drinks on the sofa, half naked, and it's even more interesting when they sleep sprawled out on the entire sofa. They will also drink tea and throw everything away, chopsticks, sugar papers, lime, dirty napkins, glasses, God, well, you don't have to wait for them to clean up for you, there is an urn nearby. Apparently, my mother did not teach me how to behave in society?!? The water park is great!!! The children are happy. The beach is wonderful. Clean. They clean it every day, in the evening. We took a mini bus from the hotel, it goes often, but we also walked back and forth to the beach and the water park. Every day, a swimmer sits on the beach. On the beach, they often dined in a tent and left personal belongings from clothes and bathing accessories, bags, glasses, etc., except for phones, everything always remained in place. Maybe it's wrong, but it's not convenient to carry bags. Thanks to the staff. We had a great rest. The Internet is super, there is at the reception. The animation is funny, the guys are well done dancing and sociable. Unfortunately, the voucher and all the tickets were thrown away. You can't post a lot of photos, the site doesn't give you such an opportunity. I recommend the hotel.

The rooms have old furniture, towels that are in such a state in the room that it's time for them to go to the trash. There is practically no animation, only lying on the beach remains. Half of the slides in the water park are not working. There's no way you should stop here.

For your money, the hotel is not bad at all.
Of the disadvantages, the number of rooms does not interfere with updating, there are already updated rooms, you can ask the operator when booking. They were renovated 6 months ago, and Wi-Fi has already been installed in them.

There are 2 hotels left on the territory , we lived in the blend club .
It saves that there is a water park, but no one visits the children's slides, because the water in the pools is icy, I think it's a big minus.
The beach is clean, spacious, the animation is so-so , the staff is trying, buildings, rooms, require attention.
The food in the dining room is ordinary, you won't find anything surprising there.

We rested from October 5 to October 15.

Moving to a normal (relatively) room costs $ 20. There is practically no territory of its own. All free zones are given over to shops (sellers will regularly and constantly ply not only on the beach, but also on the territory of the hotel offering their goods). Two buses to the beach (in the morning you can walk 5 minutes). The beach is well maintained, there are enough sunbeds. The water park is quite good, all the interesting slides are open. Animation on the beach is active.
The hotel bar is 5 in quality and 3 in staff. There were a couple of Egyptian polyglots/bartenders who decided that with children in foy it would be wonderful to swear in Russian at the top of their lungs. They did not respond to the comments until they contacted the administrator.

First, I will say a few words about the tour operator. We flew through an Anexture. It's not the first time we've flown through them, but this time we didn't like it at all. It's no secret that upon arrival in Egypt, you need to pay a visa of $ 25, but for some reason anextur charges $ 27, explaining that they provide a service there ... but which one we did not understand, since we filled out the questionnaire ourselves, we stood in queues everywhere, like everyone else…
When an accident with a child's injury occurred during the vacation due to the fault of the hotel staff and the guide needed help, he did not help in any way, but on the contrary, he wanted us to write a paper that we had no complaints against the hotel. And then he disappeared…As well as the entire hotel administration.
Transfer to the hotel
The hotel is 10 km from the airport, but prepare for the fact that you will drive for more than an hour. We took tourists alternately to hotels from the right side of the road, then from the left, because of this, we drove in circles along the same road for more than an hour. We strongly regretted that we did not take an individual transfer, hoping that the hotel is close and the road will not take much time.
Check-in
When we finally got there, it was still morning. At the reception, all our suitcases were immediately taken away ... but looking ahead, I will say that this was done primarily not to help you, but in order to give the "porter" an opportunity to earn money. Since you can't give up the "wires" to the room, and then he stands in the room and asks for money for the work done with all his appearance.
We were traveling with three children, so we really wanted to check in as soon as possible. But when we met in the morning, we were immediately told that the hotel was 100% occupied and there was not a single room available. But after we paid the money, magic happened, and the room was immediately found.
In general, everyone in this hotel REALLY WANTS TO MAKE MONEY, and communicate respectfully when they are interested in you financially. The only friendly staff is those who work without tips and left earnings. At the pool, the waiters, the cleaners, the bus drivers are all very good-natured) But at the reception, for example, an employee worked (there are several of them, I'm talking about someone who spoke Russian), who always rudely and rudely answered all questions of interest.

The room is big, but it's dead. The furniture is all old and shabby. The key card does not always work the first time or even the second time.
By the way, in hotels, if you lose your room card or towels, there will be a fine.
Room cleaning
The room is cleaned more "for show", it will be well cleaned and the floors will be washed only after a tip. The cleaner ran after us every day, when he met us in the corridor, he could come to our room without asking, saying, "did I clean up well? Do you like everything?" and even when you say goodbye to him and try to close the door, he did not leave. He stood and waited for money to be given to him.
Territory
There is nothing to tell about it, since it does not exist at all. In general!!! The information that the area of 96,000 sq.m is a complete lie!
Animation
We are not big fans of animation, so it did not bother us much that there was very little of it. The only thing we sometimes attended was a children's mini-disco in the evenings, after dinner. The children were not particularly interested, because there was a tiny scene with one spotlight, the same program every night....and the girl conducting these discos, frankly speaking, was not incendiary.
Water park
In general, it's not bad, there are a lot of slides. There is a part of purely children's slides, there are more interesting slides where children can ride with adults on double cheesecakes. But whether you can ride there with a child or not depends on the mood of the employee who controls this slide. My children and I were quietly allowed on the slides, then a week later they decided that they were small and they could not ride on these slides. It is almost impossible to explain to the staff in the water park area, because they do not communicate in Russian or English. The water in the children's water park is icy. In the end, I will tell you an "interesting" story about this water park.
Sea and beach
The sea is the only huge advantage of this hotel. It's beautiful and warm. There are reefs nearby, where many different fish, rays and snakes live.
But be prepared that at 18:00 both the pool and the sea will close and you will be chased from everywhere. It was a huge minus for us, since my children and I were in the room all the intense heat... it turns out that we could only swim from before 12 o'clock and from 16 to 18…
It is also necessary to hand over towels at 18. Keep it for yourself so that you can go to the sea early in the morning, for example, you can not, fine)))
Food and drinks
The food is at the hotel, as in all of Egypt. The most monotonous and boring is breakfast. For lunch and dinner, the dishes change a little, you can find something to your liking. Every day there is fish, chicken, meat, vegetables, various side dishes and many, many monotonous local pastries. From fruits: daily apples, oranges, dates and grapes, green melons, watermelons were given a couple of times.
You can go to the fish restaurant a la carte once. In fact, you will be taken to the dining room on the coast. There is nothing particularly fishy there, except fish in a huge batter, which interrupts the whole taste of fish. And the rest of the menu is rice, French fries, chicken... we went for a change, but we were hungry and went back to the hotel to an ordinary restaurant))
Well, the BIGGEST DISADVANTAGE of this hotel is the Arabs, who rest as tourists!!! There are sooooo many of them in the hotel! They behave ugly, there are no rules for them, they always get in line, whether it's a restaurant, bar, slides, bus, etc. The service staff does not stop this in any way, serves them first, and they boldly push everyone away, blindly get in.
Well, in the end, I will tell you a case that happened to us at this hotel before leaving, just because of the violation of the rules of stay of adult Arab tourists in the children's pool, where they should not be at all. Due to the fact that the hotel staff allows Arabs to ride on the children's slides, one of my children was injured. He had numerous abrasions and bruises in the eye area. A doctor was called to us, but as it turned out, the "left" one. This doctor applied ice and asked how the child was doing... that's it!!!! This is the whole inspection! At first, the general manager (I don't remember his name) and his deputy Ksenia wanted to buy us off. We refused the money and asked for an official doctor's certificate. They said that the certificate would be closer to 16 o'clock, before our departure from the hotel. As a result, they wrote some kind of piece of paper by hand, when we demanded an official response, they ran away from their offices and all hid. We have not received any clear response from either the guide or the hotel managers and no help…
And then it's up to you to decide whether to go to this hotel for a vacation. Unfortunately, we did not see any advantages, except for the sea. But the red sea is beautiful, I think, not only in this hotel!

A great choice for a spontaneous holiday, all inclusive. The view inside the territory is excellent, everything is clean and beautiful. It's great to relax with children.
