The staff is super, the atmosphere is pleasant, everything is fast, everything is delicious, especially the shawarma, the interior is beautiful, the drinks are right, but it's better not to call the last number (funeral burr)
The service is excellent, the staff is polite, the food is excellent. For small gatherings with friends, for families with children, you can go in for a meal, there is a choice.

A good place for a budget vacation. Not everything on the menu will be provided to you. But, in principle, the service and the kitchen are decent!
Good afternoon. I work in the city center and periodically go to various cafes or restaurants for lunch. Since the weather today was not conducive to hiking, and I needed to have lunch, my choice fell on the cafe (or bar) "Dugout".
Even going down the steps to the institution itself, we (my companion and I) felt some strange smell, similar to fried rancid butter, but still decided to go to the end. :))
Entering the room, we realized that this smell was all over the hall (and since this is a basement, then apparently, their hood works very poorly). There weren't many visitors, although it was lunchtime.
From the proposed menu, we chose a set lunch No. 1 (Georgian salad; French fries; cutlet; and soup of the day (borscht - I took it and bean soup with mushrooms - my companion took it)) and "Fruit tea" in a teapot.
I would like to note the fairly fast service. The salad was brought to us in 3 to 5 minutes. While waiting for the order, I looked around and found a very interesting publication on the shelf next to the table - "Introduction to Sexology" by I.S. Cohn, 1990 (see photo) and a half-dead cactus :)). But let's get back to our lunch. The Georgian salad is a tribute to the best Soviet traditions - lots of eggs and mayonnaise. Yes, bread is not included in the complex, but we were not even offered it (we had to ask). The borscht was quite tolerable (thick and with small pieces of chicken meat), as was the bean soup (beans were present there). Finishing the borscht, I thought that today's lunch is, of course, not a masterpiece, but it will do. And then the second one was brought to us. It looked boring, but what can you want from ordinary French fries and cutlets... But there was no limit to my disappointment - the potatoes were terribly salted, well, okay, but the cutlet is just something terrible! After breaking off a small piece and putting it in my mouth, I realized that it was impossible to eat! The smell and taste of the cutlet was as if it was cooked from lard and meat stored in the freezer. I had to leave it on the plate.
I would also like to add that the door to the room does not close well and there is an ad on it asking the visitor to close it when they enter or exit. But while we were sitting there, we had to get up on our own several times and close the door behind the visitors because it's cold - the month of January is in the yard!
And like the cherry on the cake is the appearance of a man with a huge blue canister (10-15 liters) and a bag. He walked past our table into the kitchen (in street clothes) and came back 5 minutes later (with the same canister).
It is very strange, but all these shortcomings did not worsen our mood, but somewhere, even made it better! Thanks to the unique book and its companion Cactus (photo). As well as a cheerful tip cup on the bar counter.
The music is for an amateur, the food is so-so, there is no meat in the borscht at all, the pizza El Diablo is not spicy at all, although it is very spicy on the menu. Shawarma is not very good, again, there is little meat. Greedy pa meat, 2 meat out of 10
The shawarma was cooked for half an hour, the pita bread is overcooked, all cracked and crumbled, there is little meat, the taste is not very good, the cheese is the cheapest and tasteless. In general, 1 meat out of 10.
I may have added one extra star, but it was worth it: the administrator of the Light kissed me. For some reason, in the forehead ...
Delicious, almost for nothing, wonderful staff.
