For the first time I came here for a manicure + pedicure complex.The staff was as friendly and courteous as possible that day.The only thing that confused me was the price.
The website shows the price for the complex-115.As a result, it turned out to be 146.
The girl who did the manicure warned about additional payments for the repair of 2 nails-I agreed, so I gave this amount without any problems at the exit.
She left with the desire to return and visit this salon on a regular basis.
Today I visited them for the second time..
.Firstly, a negative mood for the whole day.Secondly, a grandiose misunderstanding of the price)
The administrator met in a good mood, offered drinks, took her to the workplace-perfect.Then I met my master..)I have never seen such passive aggression and a desire to "shoot back" faster anywhere.She reacted vividly to my requests to trim and file.Insults to the nail plate..God, I still don't understand how this is possible))I was booked for the procedure "manicure with gel polish coating" - 55 byn.I had a strengthening -it's +5 byn more.
But on the way out, I got far from 60, but all 73.The master did not warn about surcharges.When paying, I clarified about the surcharges, but, unfortunately, they could not explain it to me exactly.
