I had a manicure with Master Angelina.
As a person, the master is pleasant, but the work is appreciated. This is not a professional job at all. I have not encountered such nails yet. A few hours after the manicure, I came for repair, because the nails with a huge, thick layer of gel (bumps, not a smooth surface).
By the way, the master replied to me that this is such a gel, and she does not know how to work with it. Use means another one, the fault is definitely not the material)
After a few days, the detachments have already started and after 2 weeks the socks need to be redone, because everything has peeled off, grown back and looks even worse. It is strange for me that this master works as a "leading specialist", the work is done at a lower level.
Plus, when I asked if they would give me a check (this is an official salon) they answered no, although they are obliged to issue a check for all procedures.

I did a manicure + pedicure complex, master Alesya did it. To say that it is flawless is to say nothing! Everything is super, fast, neat and not a thick layer of gel, which is rare now. A lot of attention was also paid to whether I like everything, shape, color, etc.
The receptionist is a very nice girl, always on the case)) He does not sit still, helps the craftsmen whenever possible, brings tools and other accessories. In general, I spent 4 hours like 1.5 , a pleasant conversation , coffee and an excellent manicure + pedicure. Thank you!

The only thing I liked about the salon was the work of the administrator, in general, the approach as a service is good. But! The quality of the manicure leaves much to be desired. After reading the reviews, I signed up with Anna. It seems like she heard me, but ... the shape of the nails (not all) is crooked, the top is striped (now in a place where there is no blackout top), my nail is not sawn from the inside (in such cases, I need to correct every week, because my nail is spinning). I am satisfied with the quality of the service, but not with the quality of the manicure. I do not recommend it!

Today, on 28.04, I had a manicure with Alesya's master. I was satisfied with the quality of the services provided. The master was constantly interested in whether everything was fine, whether it hurt, whether she liked the shape, length, compared each nail so that it was smooth, to be honest, I saw this for the first time, usually the masters did it at their discretion, and then there were different nails, I also encountered this. The treatment was performed very cleanly, at the end we consulted whether I was against applying oil to the cuticle, I guess some people may have allergies, customer care) the master also asked about the intensity of the coating color, whether everything was fine or add more. I would also like to note the fact that when a client came to the second master, they asked if it was possible to pick up the palette, whether they had decided on the color, and not just took it away, as it also happens. I can't help but note the work of the administrator, the girl immediately offered to take off her outerwear, offered tea, coffee, and in the process, while I was being served, she cleaned the room, in general, she did not sit in place with a dissatisfied face, which also could not but please, she told in detail about the bonus program. And as for the recording, I recorded it via Instagram, where I saw an advertisement, they responded quickly and picked the right day and time, reminded me about the recording. And of course, it is worth noting that at the moment, until the end of April, the promotional price for a manicure with removal and a monophonic long-term coating was 35 rubles! There have been no such prices in Minsk salons for a long time, especially for such a level of service. The salon itself is located near the house, which is also a plus for me, cozy, there are also massage services, which I also plan to use in the near future, cosmetology, permanent makeup and eyebrow care. I will definitely come back again, thank you again for my manicure.
