Everything was fine at first. I came for a trial facial treatment. Then they began to breed for a course of procedures and offer their expensive cosmetics. It gets worse. The next procedure was planned in 10 days. But on the second day after, she began to look like a pimply teenager at 41. She raced for more than 2 weeks until she got rid of the consequences of a steep service at steep prices. I'm not thrilled at all.

I want to say that this is a complete thrill! I really love massage and have tried many studios, both for the face and for the body, but it was at the bliss clinic that they did the massage just great! Honestly, I have never received such relaxation from a facial massage!
Of course, the main thing is the effect, and the effect of face tightening was noticeable immediately!
The doctor is a real professional! I recommend it from the bottom of my heart, especially since it costs a penny for the promotion!!!

It's a disgusting place! I saw an advertisement on Instagram, signed up for a full-cycle procedure: peeling + massage + care, for 55 rubles instead of 125 rubles, but with the possibility of using my photo before / after on social networks. They made an appointment at a convenient time for me, after learning that a three-month-old child would be waiting for me at home, they clarified that the procedure would last about an hour and a half, one hour of the procedure itself, and about 20 minutes of conversation with a cosmetologist. Having arrived at my time, I was informed that I had to wait 30 minutes, as one of the clients was late. After 30 minutes, I was offered coffee, as I had to wait another 15 minutes, but these 15 minutes turned into all forty. After starting the procedure, the cosmetologist kept running away somewhere, most likely to another client. After a short time, namely 26 minutes, I was told that, they say, everything is ready, be kind to go out, while there was no talk of any massage and care. After the procedure, they offered to sign some kind of statement, which stated that the procedure lasted one hour. At the reception desk, I was told the price of 55 rubles. I clarified that I would not pay 55 rubles for 26 minutes of time, and that the service was not provided in full. After checking with the cosmetologist, they announced to me the price of 25 rubles, as she said that their stated was only peeling. TOTAL: more than an hour of waiting, 26 minutes in the cosmetologist's office, a failed opportunity to throw a client for money, and a cup of coffee. Thanks, we don't want any more.

Thanks to the cosmetologists! They work out the face and neck qualitatively, after the course there is enough lifting effect for 6 months. I definitely recommend it! By the way, the prices are very adequate!

Firstly, at the first appointment (I signed up for the promotion, for 35 rubles). We did a massage "conscientiously", skin care, more modest than I go now, but then I liked the effect.
The cosmetologist gave recommendations for a course of procedures, I decided to walk around, solve skin problems. The total cost for 11 discounted treatments came out to 1,404 rubles. All treatments begin with a massage, then skin care. The cosmetics brand in my case is INSPIRA, then I found out that there are others, but this one was recommended to me. To date, she has undergone 6 procedures. The result suits me. The price/quality ratio is more than decent. Of the master cosmetologists, I will mention Alla Evdokimova and Alexander (I don't know the last name), I went to him for a body massage.

I went to the constructor procedure for the promotion. They were lured by advertising for 90 minutes, in fact it turned out to be 60 minutes, including with the pairing of procedures. For some reason, the master made the diagnosis that it is vital for me to go to a cosmetologist after a survey that I want and sitting on the meter. Sooooo intrusive selling of services!!! And she was really offended that I didn't want to take care of myself! Instead of the plastic massage she was interested in, she argued that the procedure included a classic one. Although I clarified 10 times when I made an appointment, at the reception and at her place before the procedure began. Is there unfair advertising again, or are the experts not aware of what they should do? They promised to give me a plastic massage after all. But it seems that the master does not know how it is performed. Therefore, there were only facial strokes. And yes, facial massage does not include neck and decollete, although it is always done in a complex. I also recommend learning more tact if you want to position yourself as a clinic with high service, and not as it is now - only with high prices. I was walking in anticipation of relaxation, but I got some kind of negative for my own money....I do not recommend it, although maybe the cosmetics there are good....they take cash and do not give a check in my case either....It's a pity I didn't read the review below before going to this place....

An extremely uncomfortable cosmetologist's room, very small, without Windows. The lighting is terrible. I do not even know what a specialist examined in the dark on my skin during a consultation, but immediately all sorts of procedures began to be combined. They asked for a passport for some reason. I was not given a receipt after payment (in cash, by the way). I don't recommend it

Great! Work situations are different, and the indicator that the clinic thinks about its patients first of all is how it approaches problem solving. My first visit failed, because by mistake, my record disappeared somewhere, the situation is unpleasant, but I was offered to come again for a body and face massage for free. I didn't want to go there again, and I'm not a fan of doing anything for free, but they offered it so well that I couldn't refuse, they really insisted. And I've never regretted it. I signed up for another massage. It is difficult to smooth out the first impression, but this clinic has proved that it is possible. And the most important thing why I went there initially was the quality of the services I received, after which I decided to come again!

I signed up for the first time on February 11. I saw an advertisement on Instagram, went to my profile, and made an entry through Yandex.Direct. I wanted a facial massage (I used to do it, but it's been a long time). The administrator (Anastasia seems to be) offered to go through a massage care program, I signed up. The procedure was performed by Ekaterina (doctor, cosmetics 4th grade). She was pleasant, asked how I take care of my skin, what I want to get in terms of results, said that the care would be appropriate for my problem, okay. I did a good (not very intense, which is a plus for me) massage, I did a separate eye care, a separate face care, explained that the drugs on which I am being cared for are cosmeceutical, the manufacturer is Ukraine. I spent 1h10min in her office (although the procedure is supposed to be an hour-long, it's nice that I did the care "conscientiously"). As a result: the eyes are just space, fine wrinkles were smoothed out immediately, the upper eyelid seemed to lift, of course we'll see how long the effect will last, but I really like it! The skin is generally moisturized, radiant, and the color is good! (I am 36 years old, there are no very big problems with the skin, deep wrinkles, etc.).
Ekaterina offered to sign up for another session with her, but with peeling, and then undergo a course of procedures. The price tag is normal for me, the result is consistent, the staff is polite. I recommend you to visit.

I signed up for a facial massage today. They called in a couple of hours, reminded me. I parked without any problems. They received me with a delay of 10 minutes, treated me to coffee and gave me a free hand massage with a mask. The facial massage was good, the cosmetologist Natalia politely communicated and recommended going a couple of times a week. I took 5 more massages, and they gave me a 10% discount. The prices are normal, the views from the office are excellent.

NEGATIVE!!!! I signed up for the procedure on Instagram.I was interested in the fact that it was not supposed to be a classic care. The manager coordinated the time with me for 3 weeks. It says that the clinic is open until 19.00, and they could only sign me up for the last time-16.00. I finally got it: it was Saturday and my appointment was at 12 o'clock. Previously, the manager sent confirmation of the recording to Viber. And then it started....The receptionist wasn't aware, they didn't have any record! And they didn't know about any action. The administrator explained that it was the call center that called, chooses FREE promotions himself and invites clients, not the clinic! But my procedure cost 35p. The mood is at zero-I canceled all plans to get to the procedure, and here it's a mess. It turned out that at 12.30 the client would not be there (it was necessary to see the face with which the administrator was talking to the client on the phone-as if the queen had been distracted from important matters). I was hired by a young cosmetologist. They said that she is very experienced, knows all the procedures and knows what to do too!!!!! How could I know the name of the procedure I signed up for if I wasn't on the record at all!!!!! There was no care!!!! I have something to compare it with. Light touches, slaps, pats, spot vibration on the throat! This is not a departure. The feeling that the cosmetologist is afraid to touch the face. At first, the hands are cold, then wet!!!It's an outrage!!!! I didn't see or feel any comfort and, moreover, the effect of a fresh face, or something else that they write here, after Ukrainian cosmetics.
The director herself was surprised by what kind of action and promised to call back after learning more information about my question. Naturally, no one called back. They charged me 35p, which I named. In the price list of services, we did not find any procedure for 80 rubles (this was the initial cost). And in general, this is a marketing ploy to attract customers, the director said so.
Unprofessionalism, incompetence, lack of respect for customers, indifference to their reputation-that's what the Blissclinica beauty and health center is (I'm talking only about cosmetology services).
