This place is nice. But I prefer to go to Samarkand Darvoza branch. Consultants are more professional there.

I was in the store on March 8, of course, I understand that there were a lot of people and it was a holiday, I asked the consultant (the girl) to help, she told her colleague openly that I would not approach (they say, let her not ask me) I'm standing in complete shock, it's a pity that I didn't remember the name and there was no choice in the store, although it's big. The only thing I liked was the cashier's service and the product itself.
I'm not going back there anymore, that's for sure.

Consultants 0/10, how many times have I been to the store, I have never come across a consultant who knows the assortment. No matter what you ask, they get lost, they don't know what to offer, they either say there is no such thing (when I eventually find it myself), or they offer a completely different thing altogether. Not only do they not know the range, they also do not understand cosmetics. The cashier was rude, I was standing in line, and when the queue finally reached me, she started shouting across the store to the woman in the back that she wanted to eat in not very cultured words. I stood there and waited for them to talk to each other about lunch. Prices are highly inflated, higher than almost everywhere else. At the same time, there are simply no running shades, they were disassembled, but they were not brought back. The interior is good, the store is clean, there are testers and many different brands, that's all the advantages.

The testers are either empty, or old, or many products do not have them at all. I took the lipstick blindly several times, because there was no tester. I have a savings card open and the cashier has never asked me if I have it or not. I talk about it myself every time. In general, the store itself is not bad, but I come there only when necessary.
