We stayed at the hotel in July 2024.
A wonderful hotel!
Excellent location, within walking distance of shops, massages, cafes, Terminal 21 shopping center, beach (10-15 minutes on foot).
Friendly staff, checked in before 14.00.
The room was in building B on the 5th floor.
Modern and very clean room with a balcony.
Cleaning was carried out daily!
The room has everything you need - slippers, bathrobes, safe, tea set, kettle, water, refrigerator, hair dryer, dental supplies, shampoos, etc. The air conditioner is ceiling-mounted (perhaps someone will be noisy), wall-mounted adjustment, the nozzles of the air conditioner are rotary, you can manually adjust the direction of the air.
It is very comfortable to sleep, a very quiet hotel in terms of noise insulation, during the whole stay we did not hear noise from the street, nor residents from neighboring rooms, nor noise from the corridor.
The toilet is equipped with a hygienic shower. The shower area is very comfortable, there is a large space, there is a place to turn around. The hot water is really hot, the pressure is very good at any time of the day.
On the roof of the hotel (7th floor, building B), there is a swimming pool (opening hours from 8.00 to 22.00), toilet rooms M + W, a small gym with all necessary equipment and a bar.
The bar was open daily from 16.00, pleasant atmosphere, comfortable tables for evening relaxation. A large selection of drinks for a fee.
It is very comfortable to swim in the pool, it was cleaned every morning, the water is clean and warm! There is a place 60 cm deep. During our stay at the hotel, it was possible to meet vacationers in it only after sunset. Pool towels are freely available when exiting the elevator, it is recommended to take a shower before entering the pool - it is located in the sunbed area. Sun beds are presented in a small number of about 10 pieces, but there have always been places. The location of the recreation area is sunny, the shade can only be found until 10 am.
Breakfast was held on the ground floor.
The serving area looks very clean, everything is signed, a decent selection, the dishes themselves look appetizing and clear (composition). Fruits - watermelon, pineapple. There was no sweet.
Coffee machine (coffee beans).
There was soy milk separately, for those who are lactose intolerant.
The breakfast is very decent and most importantly delicious. You definitely won't stay hungry.
I definitely recommend this hotel, BUT!
Despite the fact that the hotel staff monitors its cleanliness daily, cleans it, all employees are constantly busy with something, and this is not just visibility, but real daily work, there is one minus, correcting which without much difficulty, there will be no questions for this hotel at all.
Building B, 5th floor. The carpet on the floor looks very untidy, most likely it is more correct to say - it is dirty. Just not just dirt, but a lot of small debris. Despite the fact that the hotel staff are trying and sweeping it, you definitely can't handle a broom! I need a vacuum cleaner. I really need a vacuum cleaner.

The rooms are spacious, the breakfasts are decent, especially in comparison.
I really liked the rooftop pool!
The renovation in the rooms is not very good in the sense that it was done a long time ago and "fell off". The air conditioner works great, the balcony is nice! Under the windows is the back side of the mall. There are a lot of things like makashnits, small cafes around, and the street can be said to be moderately lively. The locals laughed when I voiced the street "Naklua" like NaklUa is more correct.
Massage parlors are not very good, I mean, the workers often call. Then they finish before the hour, then they iron instead of kneading, then they rub one place.
It's about a kilometer to the sea on foot, probably 15 minutes. The sea is cleaner than in the center, but more turbid than on the islands.
If you walk along the street along the sea, you can walk to the Terminal 21 megamall

The hotel is basically not bad.
The rooms are good
The staff is friendly. We took breakfast for two (but there were three of us, my wife and daughter of 11 years) . We asked at the reception how much you need to pay extra for your daughter? We were politely told that we didn't need anything. We were pleasantly surprised by this . Another towel was added to the room
The location of the hotel is good. There are many good cafes nearby (not expensive)

It's the same up to Terminal 21
The hotel itself is located off the road, so you didn't hear much noise.
There is a swimming pool plus a restaurant on the top.
In the evening it's fun to sit and look at the night landscape
Room cleaning every day
We spent all our time on the beach and on the islands. Therefore, we spent the night only in the room and did not notice the shortcomings. By the way, they brought us a safe when we checked in
Ferry service is 30 baht per person . We took a taxi to the ferry)) 72 baht
On Kolan Island, sun beds cost 100 baht. Back by tuk tuk for 20 baht to terminal 21 and then on foot

The last time we were in Pattaya was in 2010 , it changed , but the prices remained the same (not like in Russia)
There are fewer people on Walkin Street, too, and fuck...

The hotel is located in a corner, not everyone will find it the first time, but it is quiet and peaceful... Check-in is strictly after 14:00, they give two cards per room, convenient.... The rooms are large and spacious, but there is no closet, bedside tables, and there is nowhere to put things together))) the balcony is also big but empty))) no table, no chair, as they do in other hotels. There is a pool on the roof, it will be nice to cool down and sunbathe, The breakfasts are pleasant but monotonous, this hotel is a 4-star hotel, I think you won't get bored in a week

I rested there for two weeks. It's a terrible hotel. Water from water heaters. The pool is cold, and my nephew is sick. I saw a German throwing up in the fountain at the entrance. Opposite is a strange place inhabited by elderly hippies, two dozen meters away are slums and a washing plant.
The windows overlook either a slum or a supermarket wall hung with air conditioners.
Breakfast for 600 baht - you can eat for this amount every day.
Accessibility to all the sights - it takes a LONG walk.
The biggest traffic jams are near this hotel.
In any case, do not smoke on the balcony, it is better not to go out at all, they go and look at the balconies with cameras.

ps we bought a carpet cleaner)) they wash the coating as best they can!)
