An ordinary (small by Moscow standards, but decent by local standards) shopping center, with a cinema, a play area, a cafe, and so on. We liked the large Migros with an excellent assortment (on the 1st floor) and the exchanger.

On the 4th floor there is a fast food room with a stunning view of the Bay of Marmaris from the balcony. Shops are located on the other floors. There is a hairdressing salon, manicure and pedicure rooms. A currency exchange office is located off the street.

На 3 этаже ТЦ находится фудкорт с недорогими кафе. Лайфхак - выгоднее купить напитки на 1-ом этаже в Migros, а потом идти обедать. Особенно понравилось кафе, где продаётся различная паста Macaroni express.
Также через дорогу напротив Бургер Кинга обменник валюты с приличным курсом и на углу точка с экскурсиями и прокатом вело/мото/электро-байков. Ходили сравнивали цены на экскурсии и прокат в разных местах. Здесь поприятней. Взяли двухместный электробайк на день - 500 лир (20 долларов)

Небольшой торговый центр, есть обменник, продуктовый магазин, фуд-корт, несколько магазинов одежды, товаров для дома. Для женщин хороший турецкий бренд Ipekyol, в Мармарисе самый большой выбор этого бренда здесь. Парковка бесплатная при предъявлении любого чека из магазина.

The only major shopping center in Marmaris. A good exchange office from the end of the building. Several shops with children's clothing and household goods. Islands with various little things, including accessories. There is also an accessories store on the ground floor. Plus the Migros supermarket in the same place.

Отличный торговый центр, много магазинов популярных турецких марок, магазинов европейской одежды нет, но выбор местных марок большой, есть косметика, техника, можно подключить бесплатный wi-fi. Понравилось!

Nobody needs a polo for 200-300 bcs!?))) Whatever it is, it can't cost that much. In Moscow, all the same things are sold 2-3 times cheaper.

Отличный торговый центр. На первом этаже хороший обувной магазин и многое другое в т.ч. Бургер кинг. На втором много разных хороших магазинов. На третьем фуд корт и детские развлечения. Можно вкусно и недорого пообедать. С террасы классный вид на море. Рекомендую

The biggest shopping mall in Marmaris that I came across. Migros is on the ground floor, there are electronics stores right there. The second floor is clothing stores and the third floor is eateries. The restroom is now on the second floor.

Единственный торговый центр. Небольшой. На верхнем этаже очень хороший фуд-корт за очень не большие деньги значительно отличающейся ценником от заведений в туристическом центре. Выбор не самый большой магазинов

По сути в 2023 году в этом тц ничего интересного и нет, была в нём в 2019 и картина была совсем другой! Но, очень советую рахат лукум, который продаётся на 1 этаже на развес - очень свежий и вкусный!

Если оценивать, как торговый центр - то очень мало магазинов, 2 обувных, 1 купальники, 2 одежда, причём вывеска Koton, а по факту разные бренды. Покупать не чего, старьё которое уже не модно. На третьем этаже еда.
