(Some cocktails are paid, there are no shower sets, a beach towel is subject to a deposit of $ 5, beach chairs and umbrellas 2 €. There are 3 swimming pools, slides, sun beds and umbrellas at the hotels. The rooms are impressive, bathroom with sea view, balcony with sea view. It's a great 10-minute walk to the sea, along the way there is a pharmacy, an exchange office, and minimarkets.

We are currently staying at this hotel. corresponds to 4 stars. Nice pool, delicious food, funny animators and various shows in the evenings. The main guests are Poles, British, there are few Russians, they communicate in English at the reception. Beach number 5 is excellent, there are no slabs, as we wrote earlier, access to the water is very good. Maybe they changed it, there was another one before? There are showers, changing rooms, and toilets on the beach. Everything is as it should be. The water is clean, even with strong waves. In Konakli, for example, there was a lot of garbage last year. But this does not apply to the hotel. The area is quiet, calm, only the highway can be heard, but it depends on the location of the room.

Good cuisine (I'll mention stews, shawarma, entertaining gozleme). The waiters were pleasant, and Mustafa was especially fond of them. He treats children wonderfully.
The rooms are decent, there don't seem to be any bad ones, but in general the level varies (it seems renovation is in the process).
It's not very close to the sea (10 minutes on foot), it's not scary - it's good to shake up after eating. If you like hiking, it will be convenient to walk in the hills outside Alanya.
The bus station is not so far away, you can feel like a local and take a ride to Antalya, Manavgat, Perge, etc. (it will be a little more economical than renting a car).

In general, the hotel is good, there are places where it is a little tired, but the rooms have been updated and look nice. The food is also generally good, I did not have enough variety of fresh vegetables and fruits were occasionally served completely green. On the positive side, I can name the staff, they will always help, some even speak Russian quite well, good room cleaning, but at the same time there is no intrusiveness at all. It's a good location, it's not a very long walk to the beach, and there are several grocery stores along the way. - in May, there were enough sun loungers by the pools and at the sea (for a fee on the beach), there is a shuttle service to the sea, we never used it, we walked, it wasn't far, and not for long, shops, fruit stalls, etc. along the way.
- animation during the day, every day except Sunday, activities in the pool, darts, tennis, etc. There is a children's mini club and children's pools.
- the staff is friendly, the animators themselves are friendly, they speak almost all languages.
- there are no shampoos, gels, pastes in the bathrooms (only soap, paper)
- no slippers, bathrobes, beach towel with a deposit of 5 euros
- daily cleaning service
- the waiters work well, everyone is polite
- most of the rooms are purchased annually by Polish tour operators, so be prepared that 80% of vacationers are Poles.
- every evening there is an entertainment program until about 10, and then the bars are open until 00:00.
Overall, I liked it, there were too many Poles, some too loud and too drunk... Rest is normal, but we probably won't be coming back here anymore.

We had a vacation in May 2025.Great hotel. The food, service, and furnishings are all at a decent level. It is very clean on the territory, in the hotel itself and in the rooms, something is constantly being washed and cleaned. The food is varied, there was always enough for everyone. The only downside for us was that most of the tourists were foreigners, mostly Poles (but in principle they were quite friendly, not violent and behaved decently). Great hotel. Good animation, cool rooms, delicious food, everything was very pleasant. The only negative is not the first coastline, you have to go to the sea, but for us it was a plus and not a minus to unload after the plentiful buffets. I definitely recommend it for vacationers with children, the availability of slides, animation!

Great hotel! Better than many 5-k! The staff is very polite and helpful. A wide variety of cheeses, Amazing desserts, really tasty, and not only beautiful in appearance. Fruits - watermelon, melon, plum. Alcohol - Efes beer is good, white wine is not bad. Everything is of high quality, there were no poisoning. The pool is not heated, it was cool to enter in September, but it is refreshing from the heat. It is better to book sun beds on the beach or by the pool before 9, then it is difficult to find good places. The road to the beach is 8-10 minutes on foot , it's nice to walk, the transfer has never been used. The sunbed is 70 liras per person, we did not take an umbrella, I do not know how much it costs. Drinks and burgers with fries are free on the beach. The entry into the water is good, the slab feels exactly one step, then sand without stones. They say it's worse on other beaches. I don't like animation at all, but here I watched the evening program every evening, everything is interesting, dancing like in the movie Step Forward, belly dancing, Latin American dancing, karaoke evening is a lot of fun. I have been to this hotel for the second time with a gap of 6 years. If you don't want budget service and 5-star apartments from the top three, then this is your option. I can't say that it got worse than the first time I arrived, a clean bed, cleaning every day. The buffet is not huge, but it is there, I have never been hungry. There wasn't much fruit last time, but meat, fish, salads, greens, there's plenty of that, there's a small but impressive pool with a wide slide, there's a pool bar with lemonades, tea, and a coffee machine with no restrictions. Lemonade only from 10 a.m. There has always been locally bottled alcohol. It's a 10-minute walk to the beach. Along the way there are chain stores and small shops with cafes. The beach is large and sandy with a smooth approach, there has always been a place. There are sun beds for a fee. Good afternoon! We rested at the hotel from 8.07-07/15/2024. The hotel is excellent, the food is at the highest level (we were in 5* - we were not fed like that!) Pastries, desserts are super, hot dishes and side dishes are excellent!!! The beach is 10-15 minutes away from the hotel, it's not stressful at all, there is a shuttle service to the beach constantly, ice cream is free daily, shops and shopping centers are within walking distance - the embankment is excellent! the only disadvantage is the distance from the airport (so be patient - for at least 3 hours). The attitude of the hotel towards Russians is without prejudice, mostly foreigners (Poles, many Germans, Moroccans, the Netherlands) are in the hotel- there were questions about the room - they decided without problems and settled in an excellent room 1059 on the 10th floor.) We flew perfectly, at the airport without problems - we were quickly given luggage (we were afraid of staff strikes, we were warned about this). For active recreation - Alanya is magnificent and beautiful!

We were unlucky with the room: despite the "thanks at the reception", we were first given a smoky one (although we are non-smokers with a child), then on the top floor it was all shabby,,,, only after that they gave us a normal room on the sixth floor. The room is spacious. The towels are not too white (perhaps from prolonged use and from poor-quality washing), the bed linen was changed only once or twice in 10 days despite the daily tips.
Cleopatra Beach.... - these are slabs covered with sand and very unsafe at the entrance to the sea. Sun beds are paid, umbrellas are paid, there is water, cola, sprite in the beach bar. I don't remember if there was beer there.
Overall, we had a good rest. The staff is good. In general, we can safely recommend this hotel for a holiday

The location of the hotel is good. There are plenty of places to go for a walk. The food is generally fine, but too monotonous. We weren't hungry, but we got tired of it after a week. Ice cream is the same every day-popsicle. There weren't enough places in the pool, because the sea was frankly cold. At first, the children were allowed on the slides, then only with armbands. And then just swim. Our child is a swimmer. They have not explained to us what their meaning is. Sun beds and umbrellas on the beach are paid, but no one is watching them. They are in terrible condition and dirty. Half of it is broken. Umbrellas are rusty. Beer, lemonades, coffee at the beach bar. There is no tea. The beach itself is great. Really not very well maintained. It takes 15 minutes to walk. The road is not felt. The bus to the beach runs extremely rarely and inconveniently. Animations are 6 days a week and the same. The Turkish night is about nothing at all. The kids' club is also so-so. The children are on their own. The rooms are generally quite good. "Do not disturb" does not apply to employees. They stupidly come in, even if you are in the room. The main contingent is Poles. The hotel has a contract. The staff doesn't understand Russian. A few people can somehow understand and respond. The conclusion is that there are three at the price of 4-5 at the beginning of the season. There is no desire to return.

I liked the hotel, a decent four. The food is excellent.We rested with my husband and child for 10 days in mid-September.
To the sea 7-8 minutes on foot with a stroller. We went to the 6th beach, as there is a better entrance to the sea.
Special thanks to the young man at the reception, Ferhan. I really helped to resolve the situation with the replacement of the number.
At first, they turned to a girl named Asly, but she flatly refused to change the room, saying that the room was good, although there were obvious problems (there was a blockage in the bathroom and sink, the TV was shining behind the glass of the drawer in which it was placed for some reason, and in general very tired).

The hotel is nice, there are three pools, one for children with a slide, the second for relaxation and the third with slides for adults (teenagers). The rooms are cleaned every day, the food is good, a large selection of dishes and the food is delicious, but there are many spicy dishes!
On the downside, our room overlooked the entrance to the hotel, which was why it was quite noisy at night! The rooms at the end of the season are not in perfect condition, but nothing critical, a couple of scuffs on the wall.

We visited this hotel in November. The staff is friendly, they clean every day. They leave clean towels, water and toilet paper every day. Unfortunately, there are paid sun loungers on the beach. The sea and the beach are clean, fine white sand, the water is literally transparent, for 14 days in July there was not a single disturbance and storm, unlike Russian beaches.Of the disadvantages, there is almost no territory of its own, because the hotel is urban, and the pools after the five-star hotels seem very small, there is almost no animation as such. The rest should be like this!
I was vacationing with my mother and two sons from 06/07/2013 to 06/17/2013 at the Vlue star (4*) hotel in Alanya. The sea is 4 streets away from the hotel and a walk to the sea is a pleasure. We went daily 2 times a day. There is a free shuttle service from the hotel to the sea, but it has never been used. The slope is slight, the road is paved, sidewalks are everywhere. Along the way there are many shops with pleasant prices, an exchange office, a mosque and a pharmacy. On the way back there is a beautiful panorama of the mountains. The location of the hotel gives you the opportunity to walk along the embankment. There is a funicular in Alanya that took us to the mountain, with a stunning panorama and an ancient fortress.
Fresh food from everything your heart desires is for sale on the embankment next to beach 17. However, the prices here are higher than in the hotel.
Sun beds and umbrellas are paid. Berezhok is a small pebble mixed with sand. After 17-30, the beach bar closes and the sun loungers become free.
There are residential buildings around the hotel, it is impossible to make noise after 22h, and the whole nightlife stops. But the animation team invites everyone to a nightclub every day, the payment is symbolic. I won't tell you about him, because I'm happily sleeping at 22.
Reception:
We arrived at 17 and got to the hotel by 22. We checked in for an hour. The reception is polite, 1 person sits at night, slows down, of course, tourists flow like a river.
We got a family room 1109 on the second floor with a view of the restaurant and the stage. The room area is large, 2 rooms connected by a balcony, comfortable beds, serviceable plumbing, new snow-white towels. The refrigerator is working, the safe is paid, we have never used the elevators. The fence of our balcony is wrapped with green flowering plants that attracted the attention of aphids, ants, and other buzzing. Huge mustachioed Turkish beetles flew in twice. None of us were very hysterical, but the doors and windows to the room were tightly closed. We saw cleaning every 2-3 days. Towels were changed regularly, garbage was taken away daily, water was also often put on. If you get to the bottom of it, it doesn't matter that the floors were washed, but we came to relax, not to admire the reflection in the floors, so we went in slates, especially to the balcony.
The hotel has 2 swimming pools for adults and 2 paddling pools. There are 2 slides in one of the pools, which, despite the schedule, work all day every day. There are a lot of sun beds, we always found a free one.
The restaurant is one big one, you can always find a table. The waiters are polite, happy to help with the search. At the beginning of our vacation, there were no queues for food, and when we left, the season was just beginning, the hotel was full and people began to line up for food. If you come to the end of lunch and dinner, you can eat normally and quickly. The range of dishes is huge, each plate is beautifully decorated, everything is very tasty, even sausage and meat. On Thursdays there were seafood: shrimps, mussels and dishes with them. A standard five restaurant without ultra vip luxury. We haven't seen any steaks, and we're not interested in oysters either.
There are 2 bars in the hotel and 1 on the beach. Ephesus, normal Turkish alcohol. Do you want an original, any whim for extra money. Fresh for $ 2 at breakfast, very tasty, cheaper than at sea. There is only beer from alcohol in the sea bar.
You can find food at any time. Breakfast in the morning, then brunch, after lunch, and French fries with hamburgers on the sea, then they feed in the main bar, after which there is a pastry shop with cookies, dinner and a late dinner with soups. Oranges, apples, 3 types of fresh onion and lemonade are available around the clock and without queues at the reception.
The animation is excellent, the minidisko is daily, the children are entertained all day, the club is open, and master classes are held.
Adults don't get bored either. Yoga, exercise, darts, water aerobics, water polo, dancing by the pool and a foam disco.
The hotel has an excellent hammam, where managers Dima and Kostya invite everyone. Young Balinese girls are working, the whole company is delighted. For the eldest son, they took a course of 5 massages for $ 80, the child enjoyed it.
The prices in the hotel shop are cheaper than in the city. There is a hairdresser on the ground floor, where they weave excellent pigtails.
Among the vacationers are mainly Poles, Arabs, Pakistanis, African Americans, and few Russians. We have not met Ukrainians, although we have heard about unpleasant clashes with compatriots somewhere out of the corner of our ear. The information has not been verified, no one has offended us. The attitude is good, the Turkish staff is friendly and helpful. Poles know Russian and willingly switch to it in conversation. Children generally run around in a huge international crowd and understand each other perfectly.
The fly in the ointment in my story is the road from the airport to the hotel. Our bus (Anex tour) was late. We stood for an hour with suitcases and children under the sun in the heat, then we were driven for another hour to the store, where we, tired from the plane, had to buy something without fail. After another 2 hours, we drove to Alanya and circled there, taking tourists to their fives. Even the guide came out at the last hotel, the driver lit something terribly smelly right in the cabin, and the bus rushed us through the night darkness to our blue star. The total travel time is 3.5 hours. And that was terrible. The first thing I did at the meeting with the hotel guide was to book a private transfer to the airport. We were driven by a luxury Volkswagen minivan, the children watched cartoons in Russian on a huge screen, we relaxed in reclining chairs. Our journey took 1 hour and 35 minutes. It was the best investment of the trip.
All four of us really enjoyed our vacation at Blue Star, it's a wonderful hotel. When you restart your WiFi every day, the question pops up: how would you like to improve blue star? My answer is: No way, thank you for the rest, you are great fellows.
Although, I have only one wish: to expel all adults from the children's slides, for safety reasons. Not very young European men in thongs, weighing over 100 kg, having fun riding downhill among children arouse feelings in me, and unnecessary questions in boys. I understand that Turkey wants to be closer to a tolerant Europe, but I don't want to.

Accommodation: we arrived at 12, we were sent for lunch, check-in at 14.00. For whom it is important, ask the maid (not the reception) the mattress (topper) then sleep in a buzz. The room is renovated, the bathroom is super, bright, the plumbing is new. Hot water is always available, the pressure is massage. The hotel is located in an urban area, with dense buildings, because the view from the room below 6 is not very good everywhere. I checked)) or the roofs or windows of neighboring buildings. But the upper floors 7-10 have a great view.
Food: It's just 5+ chicken fish meat always, in different versions. Grilled vegetables with 5 side dishes, 2 soups, varieties of sweets and fruits. Always!!! Plus snacks - hamburgers, gyuzlume (tortillas) ice cream, snacks, cookies.
Territory: 2 swimming pools, in each building. One calm, relaxing. The second one is a party, there's music, slides, animation.
Beach: a truck goes to the sea every hour, it takes 5 minutes to drive. Walking 7min in a straight line. The beach is nice, clean, free drinks at the bar (beer gas.water) 2 pcs paid sun beds+umbrella = 210LR about 600r
Animation: different every night. There is a direct schedule of different shows. During the day, yoga, aqua aerobics, gift at the pool. It's a lot of fun to participate and watch)))

I had a rest in July. I liked it, the room is spacious, the air conditioner is working, but the toilet drain is pumped up. She lived in room 1131 with a view of the bar and reception. Of course, it's noisy in the evenings, but after 22 the entertainment programs end. Animators are smart, they work with love. The food is delicious and varied! Desserts and cheese are in the top. The hotel is mainly inhabited by Poles, many married couples. The beach number 5 is a 10-minute walk away, but there is also a bus every 30 minutes. I also liked the guest artists, they gave their best. The staff is very polite, they work quickly, dirty dishes do not linger on the table. I would come here again.

We had a rest on 17-25.05.24. Excellent hotel, we really liked it. Vacationers are 70% Poles and 30% Russians.

This is not the first time we have visited a great hotel. Clean rooms, cleaning every day. The food is delicious and the staff is attentive. You can walk to the sea or take a transfer. There is a bar on the beach where you can have a snack if you don't want to go to the hotel. The only drawback is paid sun beds and umbrellas.

I had a rest from 05/10/24 to 05/16/24 at this hotel. I liked the hotel. The city itself is not big, so it's a pleasure to walk. We arrived at the hotel by transfer at 00:30 on May 11 already. There was a late arrival and an early departure, respectively, and the price is the same.
We settled right away, room 1122, near the restaurant on the 1st floor. The room itself is not large, the plumbing is serviceable, the furniture is very worn out, the bed and pillows are normal. Air conditioning, TV (3 RF channels), hair dryer are in good working order. For some reason, the room was given for people with disabilities. On the trail. I asked to change the day, but they didn't change it. There was cleaning on request, only towels were changed in 5 days. The food is delicious, varied, fish every day, chicken, beef, a lot of vegetables in different forms, soups for breakfast, lunch and dinner, a lot of sweets, oranges, grapefruits, apples and pears from fruits. Alcoholic local wine, beer. The machine is for coffee, tea bags. From 12 to 16 tortillas (gozlime), ice cream and other fast food near the pool. There was enough of everything and it was delicious. 2 swimming pools. In the evening, animation for children and adults, invited shows. At 23:30, the animators, Lida and Ekaterina, hello to you., took you to different clubs. The beach is about 15 minutes away at a slow pace. You can take the bus from the hotel according to the schedule. We were not very lucky with the weather, there were strong waves at sea, but on the last day the weather was just fine. The beach is equipped with everything you need, drinks are free, wi-fi worked fine. The entrance to the sea is for an amateur, I like a smoother entrance, there is a sharp transition, the sand is large, the legs fall through, it's hard to walk along the beach line. Wi-Fi in the hotel catches well only in public places, it disappears in the room.vacationers are Poles and Russians mostly. You can go on vacation, there is a place to have fun. I recommend.

Secondly, this institution is largely focused on Polish tourists, with whom they have concluded agreements, whereas only 20-30% of Russian guests. The attitude towards Russians leaves much to be desired, while they communicate with Poles with care and willingness. The culinary offer may please adults, but for children the choice is very limited — only noodles and French fries.
The beach bar is disappointing: the staff is unfriendly, especially the woman, who seems to speak Russian, but causes only negative emotions. The man and guy in charge of drinks always look unhappy. And the guy collecting money for deck chairs and putting away glasses is just disgusting. If you want to ruin your vacation, head to this hotel. The animation is intended exclusively for Poles, entertainment after the main time is not encouraging. The only ray of light remains the animator, who seems to be Russian; thanks to her. Otherwise, it's just a disappointment. Not with my foot anymore!

The second building has fewer floors. There is also a restaurant nearby. You need to go to another building to eat if you live in a new one. There is a second pool here - it's already quiet, there is no loud dance music. I would call this area "quiet". Sometimes there was sand in the pool - it was inconvenient to walk
I liked this pool more because there are fewer people here and there is a better chance to find a free sunbed. By the way, sun beds are occupied from 8-9.00 in the morning, so it is important
Rooms (Lived in room 2154 (4th floor))
On the first day, we were accommodated in the old building in a room for the disabled. It's certainly tough. We indicated in advance through a travel agent the preference in the new building
We managed to agree to move us to a new building the next day. We did it reluctantly, we didn't discuss it at all on the first day. The next day they already gave me a good 3-bed room.
They cleaned every day, sometimes there was sand on the floor after washing. The bed is a bit harsh (if you find fault), the bedding was not changed, it was in pellets. The air conditioner blows on the bed, you can't turn it on at night.
Disposable shampoos, balms and gels are not provided in the room. It is clear that they are saving on this.
WIFI was free everywhere. In the new building, there was a good network in the room. In the old building, the Wi-Fi did not work in the room
Staff
I would also like to note that the staff is friendly throughout the hotel. Everyone wants to help, there is no feeling that employees are smiling for tips.
There was a grandmother who bakes tortillas near a "quiet" pool.

We stayed at this hotel in July-August 2024.
There was a family room: TV only in one room, air conditioning in the other....What happened. Cleaning was done every day-normal, but there were 4 of us and 3 towels..The food was normal, there were only watermelons, melons, oranges, and sometimes grapes (you won't see strawberries or apricots!) The pools are normal, dirty and the sun beds are occupied from 6 am..The sea is far away, it takes about 15 minutes to walk (walking back uphill is so much fun) but! There is a minibus that runs on time. There is a bar on the beach-there is only beer, water and soda, there is nothing to eat!
There were a lot of people, queues at the restaurant. This is not the first time in Turkey, the hotel is so-so. We won't eat there anymore. I do not recommend it!

Who is broccoli, who is fried potatoes (in a simple way) , gym, hammam, children's room, a Russian animator works with children from morning to 17, gymnastics every morning (an African American leads), at about 10-30, but there were few active tourists, mostly everyone lay on sun beds, then darts (an animator of Turks). Well, the evening animation, which I wrote about above. The staff is friendly. Russian Russian is spoken by no one, except one Russian animator (from the children's playground) and the guide also speaks Russian. In short, 2 people are Russian-speaking. In April, the majority were Poles, Estonia a little, Germany a little, very few Russians, a little Turks. 10-15 minutes to the sea, down to the embankment, and along the embankment to the right to beach number 17, in April they improved it, made a toilet, a shower, I think everything is already functioning, drinks are all on, and sun beds are paid, but you can lie on the sand, comfortably, specially took a non-gray coastline to walk if you pass a little longer past the beach 17, then 50 meters across the street migros. If you could put 5, I would! Everything is great, only one moment was a little frustrating, constantly - not even how far to go (about 1km), how much to overcome the "last frontier" after the intersection a strong climb up. I was walking with a stroller and a baby (after the sea, everyone was tired).
Sometimes the elevators did not work, and a couple of families with children and strollers were placed on the 6th floor))
Everything else is great! The food is excellent! Perhaps the best hotel I've been to in terms of food, there was absolutely everything - a buffet. Breakfast/lunch/dinner - everything is varied. The main thing is that everything is moderate with spices.
The staff is very friendly. Polite. The room was cleaned every day, beautiful patterns were made on the bed, swans, etc.))
The hotel has a small swimming pool with slides) next to a paddling pool for children (depth 35cm). Both were cold, though, the water was 21-22 °, but the child with blue lips was still happy and happily ran to swim.
On the territory of the hotel, you can take a picture with a macaw parrot (two photos will be transferred to our 2K + photos will be sent to the post office right there and printed out in A5 format).
In general, on the territory of the hotel (most likely during the season) there is also a shop with beach accessories, furs, a hairdresser..
On the lower floor there is a hammam (sauna) massage and even a gym (small, but everything you need is there)💪
There are grocery stores and pharmacies on the way to the beach. They even speak Russian in it.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel! The main thing is to book in advance, then the prices are excellent and it turns out quite budget-friendly for a family.

We have been vacationing with my husband and two children since 06/29/2024. We arrived at night, settled into a smelly triple room with a TV in one room and an air conditioner in another, the second child was sleeping on an armchair, spoiling the first impression. In the morning, they moved into a luxurious room. The staff is friendly, they try to solve your problems, the food is delicious, the alcohol is terrible, they bought their own, the room is cleaned daily, they liked the evening animation, silence after 23:00. We went to the massage 2 times, the second time with the children, I really liked it! The hotel's guests are mostly Poles. Everyone was friendly. There are a lot of people, sun beds by the pools should be occupied before breakfast. It's a 10-minute walk to the sea, Cleopatra Beach is the best! Do not take guided tours! Their cost is greatly overestimated, and many arrivals to unnecessary stores are included. Overall, the hotel is good for its value.
