Great hotel, liked it and worth it. A good territory with its own zoo, many sports grounds: volleyball, tennis, table football, table tennis, squash. The food was not very diverse, while almost all the dishes were delicious (it is better to choose from 2 delicious types of meat than from 3 not tasty ones), fresh orange in the morning, drinks are brought by the staff. A comfortable and beautiful beach with its own pier from which you can jump. The service is very good without extortion, all customers are given beautiful beach bags, and escorted off with flags :)

a wonderful hotel. everything is at the highest level: service, food, bar, etc. there is a Russian-speaking staff, and there are quite a lot of them. We got into the hotel by accident, but consciously intending to.... Last August, we vacationed in a similar place in Belek and wanted to go there, and, as usual, the places ran out on the desired dates, so we went here to a hotel with a hard-to-forget name.
There is a path around the perimeter from the reception, on it there are marks for runners of the distances from the checkpoint and back, athletes still run there in the morning, and it is perfect for walking. You can get to the reception or lobby bar through all the traffic through the center, or along the path along the outer radius, calmly strolling through the greenery of the hotel, similar to the botanical garden. There are mismatched firs, firs, oranges, tangerines, lemons, pomegranates, even an olive grove, but this is closer to the beach, there is also an avenue with palm trees in a row on the sides, and lawns, sun beds on lawns, you can sunbathe under palm trees, I lay down in the evening and fell ill and slept for two hours.
We lived in a Club, we don't like to spend our holidays in a hotel box while standing in line for the elevator, and this hotel is nonsense, rooms in cabins are also cheaper. And the club buildings themselves are very original, there is a feeling that our neighbors, Nikolai Nosov's heroes, also got into the Flower City. The central swimming pool, an area with daytime and evening animation, and an amphitheater continue the comfort style of the Flower City. And on the other side of the pool there is an artificial rock with a cave through the grotto, you can swim and walk, and even a waterfall from above.
The rest of the territory is made in a classic seaside style, a full-size football field, where a fair number of vacationers play in the evenings, there are climbing walls, carousel twists, and an interesting funicular ride.
So it won't get boring, we spent a couple of days in the same location, a couple on the slides, every day on the beach in the sea, at the pier there were flocks of fish, we went to the zoo there, sheep with lambs and sheep with noble ring horns, greet vacationers with ringing Mbeee!!!
Most of the time we had lunch in a snack restaurant, and not because we were too lazy to go to the main restaurant, the snack has a wonderful atmosphere, the tables are on the terraces descending from the bar to the beach and there is a fascinating view of the sea to the pier, and it's delicious, there are fewer dishes, but everything is delicious, we will go to the main restaurant in the evening, like this my review turned to nutrition. There were no problems with the tummies, and the food was delicious, and you went for more three times at dinner, forcing yourself to stop. There are sausages and sausages for breakfast, as everyone understood, there are a lot of vacationers from Germany in the hotel, and apparently that's why sausages and cheeses are very much liked. Also, freshly squeezed orange juice in the morning. I got up early and watched the procedure, boxes of oranges were brought, the Cook put them in an impressive juicer and then poured a bucket of juice into three machines, drink as much as you want, and this procedure is in both restaurants, yes, there are two restaurants, but in fact it is one. There are 5 additional ones for dinner, two by appointment, three for money, but we never got there, everything is very tasty and on the Buffet.
Who is comme il faut? There was borscht! When we are in St. Petersburg, we always go to the Dachniki restaurant on Nevsky, for the first one I almost always take borscht there, it is very tasty, consider it the second place in the world in taste, and now the positions of the Summer residents have been shaken, the borscht in the hotel tastes excellent, and the color is ruby, and a slight sourness, and sour cream is next to a spoon. As they say, you can lick your fingers.
We arrived at the hotel in the evening by individual transfer, a Slavic-looking girl met us at the reception, immediately took out an envelope with our keys, a hotel card, a book of event schedules and the work of the hotel locations and invited us to sit down with her at a table in the recreation area, told us about the hotel in the krac showing the contents of the envelope, tied bracelets, filled out a questionnaire and then she herself, through the hotel grounds, took us to the room on the way, showing us where there was a restaurant and a kids' club, where there was a spa, a 24-hour bar, an animation disco, and a gastrelationship. We arrive at the room, our suitcases are already in front of the doors, and then I realized that they were delivered by a detour, service? Yes, the service, from the moment of entering the hotel to the moment of entering the room, it takes 10 minutes, well 15. And also such a visual introductory briefing!
We went to dinner and went to bed, and of course we went to the sea in the morning. By the way, miss your native speech, we go to the beach in the morning, there are only ours! On the first day, we hung out, dried off, had breakfast, and we forgot something in the room. And the room is already cleaned, the refrigerator is replenished with drinks. Wow, how did they manage it? And so it was our whole vacation, of course we left in the morning and returned in the evening, except that you go to the room for forgotten glasses or a cap, and the refrigerator is always full.
In general, the service in the hotel is a feature, in the restaurant bars the waiters constantly come up and quickly bring drinks quickly from the word quickly, smile thank you, please, friendly hello, good morning, just a meeting of old friends! For the first time since Domenicana, I saw a waitress serving drinks and humming a song, in general, the service in Turkey has grown a lot, and maybe, and most likely, it is, this is the merit of this hotel, or rather the people working at Blue Waters Club 5*. The hotel is not that tired, but very elderly. It feels like you're getting to Europe in the 80s. We came across an unadorned room, clean but old. They clean up here perfectly by the way .
Either the hair dryer went out with the lamp in the toilet , or the tank button fell off. The sauna complex is dull , the Turkish steam room did not work .
Nice green area, good playgrounds. Nice beach.
The food was good, a variety of delicious fish.
The animation is wonderful. After a fairly monotonous show, the animation teams do additional funny things and it's really great.
In general, a good hotel, but very old and it is unclear why it costs so much.
I heard from the guide that they have been returning to this hotel for years because of the friendly service , well , I don't know guys , if you have been constantly traveling here for 10 years , then this is definitely not an indicator , because people don't see other hotels , but I have something to compare it with.

We were at the hotel on 06/27/19 to 07/7/19 with a child of 3 years old with her husband. Wonderful hotel, we were very satisfied! Cleanliness everywhere, daily cleaning in the room, clean towels daily, drinks in the refrigerator and juices. The beach is sandy with a canopy over the sun loungers. Next to the toilet, it is also always cleaned. There is a bar on the pier and a bar a little further from the beach, where from 12:00 they make awesome delicious Turkish tortillas with cheese, herbs, minced meat and ice cream. The alcohol in the bar is good, the beer is also acceptable. There are playgrounds on the territory, a lot of trees, which I really like in the heat, to sit in the shade. Turks are all polite, smiling and helpful. The hotel is family-run, divided into two parts, there is a club area. It is convenient to come with your family and leave the children with them, to be on the dance floor until late. The cuisine is diverse, and there were different soups: chicken noodles, lentil, vegetable, etc. There was always enough of everything, there were never empty trays. I didn't see any flies or anything spoiled or stale. The child ate pastries, soups and fruits. Fried, of course, is also a lot of things, but there is a choice. Daily themed dinners: Turkish cuisine, Japanese cuisine, just cold cuts or pilaf in varieties. It's very tasty, everyone is happy. We also went to the sauna there in the evening, it's also cool, there is a hammam, a Turkish bath and a cool pool nearby. Massages and other spa treatments are available for a fee. Tips were left in the room for cleaning and for the porters of suitcases. We took two excursions: a walk on a large boat along the green canyon. Insanely beautiful, lunch is better at the hotel)) The second tour: in Antalya, I definitely recommend using a stroller for children under 5 years old, otherwise the child will get tired quickly, you can watch this tour only once, it is no longer interesting. We also took a bus (ticket 3 lira per person, lira - 11 rubles) from the hotel to the Novomol shopping center. You can get a lot of things cheaper there, souvenirs, textiles, gifts, halva and just clothes. It will be offered at times more expensive on excursions and on the way to the airport. I advise you to exchange dollars for lira at the hotel. You can also pay with dollars everywhere, but at a completely unfavorable rate.
There were super shows at the hotel every evening at 21:00, we watched without taking our eyes off, very cool and diverse, cocktail parties. There are many Germans, more than Russians. Even the animation is in German. But we swam so much that in the evening we just liked to walk to the sea, the pier in silence and to the playgrounds. A separate children's club for children from 6-7 years old with the opportunity to craft, create, sculpt, draw, a theater club, you can hire a nanny for a fee. Much has been thought out to the smallest detail, which leaves pleasant impressions and a desire to recommend a hotel.
Of the cons: the air conditioning in the room worked poorly, they could not move us. It looks like Condey is just old, buzzing like an owl at full speed. The pressure in the shower is wonderful, both hot and cold. The TV was never turned on, there was no interest. Internet per person is 1.5 dollars a day, you can connect two phones, but not a laptop, the speed is very low, only chat a little.

The food is excellent.
Children's table - 2 types of cereals, not salty, not sweet, can be seasoned to your taste. For lunch there is always borscht and chicken broth with chicken.
There is always rice, boiled chicken with broth, fish with broth. You can arrange a soup for yourself.
Lots of snacks, lovely milk. For breakfast, you can squeeze orange juice yourself.
Pancakes, Viennese waffles.
Great meat. Fish, seafood.
The rooms are clean, cleaning every day.
The conduits are built-in.
The safe is paid.
The Internet is paid, but good.
Super evening shows, which are attended by children who are in the club.
The general program of the hotel lasts for 2 weeks.

We vacationed with our spouse at the Blue Waters Club Hotel in October 2019. We liked almost everything!
The hotel is 5 stars, all inclusive. A Russian-speaking employee worked at the reception. We had an early check-in, we were offered breakfast, after which we were checked in within 10 minutes. We lived in Club rooms – wonderful, cozy, quiet! The room has everything you need, daily cleaning, functional furniture.
The territory of the hotel is large, green and well-groomed: everywhere is clean, the grass is mowed, palm trees, pines, flowers, unusually beautiful bushes, neat paths. There are playgrounds for volleyball and football, tennis courts. There are water slides and attractions in the pools. There is a mini-zoo.
The food at the hotel is varied, and there is a lot of it! I think everyone will be able to choose a dish to suit their taste. There are bars near the reception, by the beach, by the pool.
The beach is sandy, convenient entrance to the sea, the water is clean and transparent. There are a lot of sun beds, there were always enough towels. The garbage on the beach was cleaned, and in the morning the sand was leveled.
There is a lot of entertainment – children's and adult animation: various contests, interesting performances and entertainment events.
There are few Russian vacationers, most of them are Germans.
For those who are interested, the ancient museum city of Side is not far away. There is a lot to see: the temple of Apollo, the amphitheater, the remains of the city walls, gates, dilapidated Roman buildings. There are many shops and cafes. You can walk to Lake Titreengel on foot – it's pretty nice.
Of the cons: Wi-Fi and safe are paid!!! This is the first time we've met with such a person.
In general, we were very satisfied with the rest! It is a quiet, beautiful, clean and peaceful place, which is very well adapted for comfort and good mood.

I admit that hoteliers sometimes indulge in writing good reviews in order to manage their reputation, but in this case, hotel reviews absolutely do not reflect reality, as well as the money that you will pay for it. And so at the moment we are resting in this hotel, vouchers were purchased from 19.08 to 28.08 for 3 people, 2 adults and a child of 6 years old, an ordinary family room, the cost with a flight from Moscow amounted to 300 thousand rubles for 9 days. Turkish airlines flew here, and as always, positive emotions came from the Turkish flight, starting from the distance between the seats and ending with presents for young passengers. Let's move on to the hotel. Looking ahead, so that there are no questions from the category of "overeager", etc. We have spent our lives vacationing in different hotels from the Egyptian four with a good discount on January holidays to a good confident 5hv in the Dominican Republic on ultra, so we have an understanding about the level of service, food, alcohol, and pricing. From the entrance to the reception you will be greeted by a faded building, according to which you can immediately understand that the originally conceived color was lost 5 years ago, but this is not the main thing) we passed the check-in and were taken to the room, it takes 15 minutes to get to the room from the reception, while it is necessary to overcome 2 transitions and more than 5 stairs, of which 2 they are so cool that you wonder how children walk on them and do not fall, I always walk with my daughter by the hand. Our room 1211 is located in the very corner of the hotel on the second floor. After learning a little, we learned that the hotel is German, and accordingly, the Germans here are given more attention than tourists from other countries, as a result, all Russians live in the farthest building from which it takes a very long time to go to any strategically important point. At the same time, it is around this building that pine trees grow on which birds live that scream so it is simply impossible to be there, they scream day and night, this is the first time we have encountered such a thing! Well, okay, even though we didn't want to put up with it, we decided to see what would happen next. We went to dinner, while looking for the main restaurant for a very long time. The layout of the hotel has not been thought out so much that even after a three-day stay, it is not immediately clear where to go. First of all, we decided to take a table, it was not so easy to do and for several reasons. Firstly, ALL the tables in the restaurant are designed to seat 8 people, and many vacationers travel with a composition of 2 to 5 people, respectively, either you sit down at someone's table, or you wait until they are released. Secondly, the hotel is so packed that there is a queue of 5-7 people for French fries. As for the variety and edibility of food, the variety can be compared with Egyptian 4, with regard to the taste of everything presented, you can eat 30-40 percent of the dishes, while you need to wait to put them all on a plate. Let's say we managed to find a table and take food, then the next problem is, the officials constantly try to get people to sit with you, they will say that either you agree or "the problem", while even 10 percent of the staff does not speak Russian. Next, consider the bars and the declared ultra all-inclusive system, no ultra, no imported aluogol, do not even expect to drink as part of the package, only for an additional fee of 6 euros per 40ml. As in every all-inclusive hotel, there is a list of local drinks and cocktails that are made from low-quality alcohol, while 70 percent of these cocktails, including the branded "blue water", use local vodka as the main component. With regard to the beach itself, the beach is not bad sandy, however, the entrance to the sea is 5 meters of pebbles, but due to the number of people who were at the time of our stay, it is simply not realistic to take a sunbed. There is simply no children's animation, except for an evening children's disco in the middle of the bar as such. At the evening general animation, which takes place in the amphitheater, there are so many people that it is not even possible to sit down. With regard to the staff, it is not realistic to solve the problem if it suddenly happens without your guide because no one speaks Russian, I had to download a translator, but even with it, the effectiveness of solving issues tends to zero! I repeat, this is the first time I am writing a review, and my goal is not to plant a hotel, I want to warn everyone who will gather here not to be led to those reviews that are being written here, this is a scam! Our vacation is completely ruined and it is not clear how we stay here for another 5 days. Personally, I have the impression that the sole purpose of management is to extract maximum profit by any means, including non-trivial ones. Here someone writes that he chose between Max royal and this hotel, this is utter nonsense, do not be fooled!!!!!
