A wonderful hotel, conveniently located in the Obba area, there are many shops nearby, the market comes right to the entrance, the Alanium shopping center with normal prices, not like in the city center, the embankment and the beach are 5 minutes away, you won't get lost, the street leading to the center runs through the entire embankment, you can quickly get to Cleopatra and Kyzyl beaches Cool to see the port for yourself. The food is just great, the food is great and there is a lot if you don't have time to eat at lunch, there is a snow bar until the evening and there is a bar on the beach with drinks and food. It was nice to relax, the rooms were clean and bright, and there were rooms in the main building and in the second one across the street (via the underpass in the hotel itself). One of the main rooms (this year) has a sea view. Children will have plenty of space here, a huge water slide, bigger than in our water parks, and a play area with swings. In the evening there is a children's disco. The beach on the sea is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, a bar, etc. It's a beautiful view. Great hotel! I give 5 stars

I really liked the hotel. It deserves four stars. Great for families and families with children. On the plus side, there is a children's water park with a paddling pool and races, a swimming pool with an ascending level, and a good playground. I advise you to choose family suites, not in the main building. They are very spacious, lots of space, lots of air. Two balconies with evening lighting. It's not noisy, it's clean enough. There is a minimum of towels, shampoo and soap, and a hair dryer. They gave me a baby potty for free, and you can buy a hair dryer for a fee. Hot water needs to be skipped a little, warmed up. The food is excellent, without delicacies, but very varied, does not bother. In addition to the main meals, there is a night soup. It really helped with the late check-in. There is also a snack bar between breakfast and lunch, and ice cream is served in the evening. A free bar with a wide selection of drinks is open until 23 hours. Very friendly staff. Simple phrases are understood in Russian, and for full communication it is better to learn a few phrases in English. The hotel has daily shows for children and adults in the evening, and there are also several activities during the day. There is a children's room. Older children can even be left with the animators for a couple of hours, it's better to keep an eye on younger children, as they can run away. The hotel has a great clean beach 7-10 minutes walk from the hotel. There is a bar on the beach, snacks, a small program of animators. Toilet, changing room, shower. There are enough sun beds. The sea is clear, we had 2-3 points. Among the disadvantages, I would like to note the following: the pool and the water park are cold, and the water is cool enough for May. It doesn't have time to warm up. The hammam does not work at all, although it is written everywhere that it is included in the price. I came to check - it doesn't work. Only paid programs with massage are 45 euros per person. This is a big disadvantage for the hotel, because firstly, in May you want to warm up after the pool, and secondly, in general, the expectations were higher. For a slightly lower cost, I would have gone several times, but it wasn't made for people. In general, it saddened me. Another small drawback is that there is no Wi-Fi in the room, only a shared one. It worked well for May, but there are likely to be constant breaks in the heat. There was also not enough kettle and glasses in the room, there was nowhere to pour water or tea, water. Later we adjusted and took water to drink at dinner, as I got used to drinking a glass of water in the morning and evening. Another advantage is the very convenient location. There is an exchange office, an ATM nearby, and a market opens next to the hotel on Mondays. The prices are very affordable. In general, I highly recommend it. We didn't get sick, we didn't get poisoned, we really liked everything. I wish the hotel development, there is a lot to grow! Thanks a lot to the staff!

A great hotel for families with children It's delicious, there are several buildings, from noisy halls and everything nearby to secluded ones where you can really get enough sleep. Very steep slides, animation for children, a gorgeous place by the sea, where you don't have to worry about anything on the beach.
