Excellent hotel , friendly staff, delicious food, wonderful cuisine - there is enough meat, vegetables, fruits, amazing pastries and desserts, waiters and cooks are like bees, if there are insignificant queues somewhere, they immediately sort out the situation, clean the rooms normally, excellent location, it will not be boring for sure, there is somewhere to go and what to do, the beach is just super clean, with pink flamingos, there are plenty of sun beds for everyone.the impression is spoiled by compatriots who drink heavily, and then begin to rummage in the corridor, yell in drenched voices and sort out relations with their or acquired girlfriends, breaking into their room. I stayed at this hotel from 18.10-27.10 (for the second time), I recommend it!

I liked everything. Wonderful, helpful, smiling staff. I would especially like to mention animator Mustafa and Tatiana from the reception. Internet is available throughout the hotel (both in the rooms and on the beach). The sea is 5 minutes away, and the private beach is 7 minutes away. The beach, by the way, is decorated, there is a shower, toilet, bar, hammock and swing.
Of the minuses, if you find fault too much- the entrance to the sea is rocky (but you can go to the left, across the river), queues at the distribution in the dining room and the lack of other drinks except water on the beach.

This is not the first time in Turkey. There is something to compare it with.
I was very surprised. Friendly and helpful staff. The kitchen is super delicious! Wonderful sea. The beach is beautifully equipped.

Every evening there is animation for children and adults. No one was bored!

The hotel is great just! We liked everything very much. We had a rest with a child from 09/22.21 to 30.09.21. The attitude of the staff, food, service, room, territory. Everything is wonderful! The hotel has 3 swimming pools. The main pool with a cool slide. There was no limit to the child's happiness! There is also a snack bar: French fries, nuggets, fresh salads, and fresh tortillas with fillings are baked right away! The animation is super for both children and adults. The performances, the shows are all very cool! Professionally! Fire show, walking on glass. Very cool magicians came. There were 4 people with the family. They gave a family room at the farthest point, the children could sleep and not hear anything.
I think the hotel is very successful.
The sea is 5-8 minutes away. But considering that it is located in the center and you can take a walk, go where you need to, the most successful hotel. I plan to come back again.

In short, we are a young couple who love to drink and eat delicious food.
The hotel pleasantly surprised us. Overall, we were satisfied!
LOCATION : previously I read in the reviews that it takes almost 10 minutes to walk to the sea. And I was very surprised when in fact my journey took exactly 5 minutes to enjoy, directly, without any bridges, etc
. FOOD AND ALCOHOL : the food is delicious, desserts too. Alcohol is alcoholic )) Excise bottles were opened in front of us. I really don't know where people saw the queues there, we rested for 9 DAYS, everything was organized as it should be!
STAFF : just wonderful staff, funny, kind.
ABOUT THE HOTEL : clean. The rules inside the hotel are strictly followed by the guests. linen is changed, towels are also changed, cleaning was done every day.
the only thing in the building was that the elevator often broke down and there was no light for several hours in the morning, this was not a problem for us.
ALANYA : beautiful nature, clear sea, some complain about big stones in the sea, again it did not bother us, we swam and did not hit.

I stayed at the hotel from April 16-30 , I definitely recommend it!! The food is delicious, the staff is responsive , cleanliness ,!!There are a lot of shops around!! A minute from the hotel, Migros store , a large selection of alcoholic beverages, such as our pyaterochka !!! There are a lot of Germans , British , Poles !!

We stayed at the hotel from 10/20/2022 to 10/29/2022 . The rooms are tired, the staff is not friendly.The next day after checking in, an iPad was stolen from the room , it's useless to sort it out at the reception, it's useless to talk to her . There are very impudent young people at the drinks bar , they behave impudently towards the hotel guests . The restaurant has a very poor selection of food, bony fish, rice , pasta and turkey.The dishes are greasy, not washed, there are a lot of chips on plates and cups. It is close to the sea , but on the beach the sun beds are broken and dirty , the umbrellas are all rusty and torn , the beach is dirty , they do not clean . At the end of the rest in the bathroom, the glass door broke in the shower cabin , so they blocked the room and told us they would not open the room until we paid 1000 rubles. A very nice hotel. We rested on 7.10.21-13.10.21. We arrived in the morning, were immediately invited to breakfast, checked in earlier than the scheduled time, besides we were given a family room for two, instead of the standard, without any additional charges.
The food is quite varied, always vegetables, lots of salads, chicken, fish, sometimes beef, lots of sweets. The coffee is decent, the juices are chemical, I do not recommend it. The bar is not bad, they poured as much as they asked. In the afternoon, delicious tortillas with cheese or potatoes are baked near the pool, you can take nuggets, French fries, salads in the snack bar.
5-7 minutes to the sea, the beach is wide, there were enough sun beds, it is better to go into the sea in special shoes.
It takes 10-15 minutes by bus to the center of Alanya, we visited the cave, the fortress on our own, rode a cable car.
In general, I recommend the hotel. Clean, delicious, the sea is gorgeous!

My sister stayed at this hotel from 10/29/20 to 11/27/20. She liked everything except the staff at the beach bar. My sister and I travel together all the time, but this time she flew to rest without me, she was joined by our friend from Turkey, who stayed with this hotel next door.

My sister and our friend behaved quite culturally. Once, on the territory belonging to the Blue Wave Hotel on the beach, our mutual friend helped my sister, held the bags while she changed clothes. The second time they entered the territory belonging to the Blue Wave Hotel on the beach in order to take a picture of it at the request of my sister, our Turkish friend. In both cases, our friend was attacked almost with fists, was rude, rude and yelled at my sister, for which ... she still cannot understand herself. Once again, on the territory belonging to the Blue Wave hotel, both on the beach and in the hotel, they did not rest together. Maybe the staff at the bar has some kind of dislike for their fellow citizens))))).
In general, the situation is from the category of "dicariS". In all other respects, the work of the staff in the hotel, in the kitchen is really very pleasant and of high quality. According to her, there was always something to eat, a variety of food and drinks. The receptionist at the reception (Tatiana) is very accepting and responsive to any requests.
But... with all the advantages, pronounced. the inappropriate behavior of the staff at the beach bar leaves a negative impression. My sister wrote a complaint about the staff of the beach bar, and she does not want to visit this hotel again, after a not very hospitable reception on the beach, because it is not the first time we have traveled with her and we have encountered such inhospitality for the first time.
All have a good and high-quality rest! Because really high-quality work of the staff creates a great vacation for us!!!
