Service. Russian is not spoken, the main languages are Spanish, German, English. The administrator is always on site, will tell you what you need. We arrived late, and it turned out that for technical reasons, our room was not ready, we were accommodated for one night in a hotel opposite. But, firstly, we did not feel the problem, as the issue was resolved immediately, without hesitation, secondly, we were made "all inclusive" for the whole week for this inconvenience, then settled in a wonderful room with an ocean view, and water and fruit were brought to the room as a gift.
Cleaning. Every day, the room is clean, the hotel is clean, there are always shower facilities, toilet paper.
Food. No frills, but quite diverse. It's not a Turkey/Egypt buffet, but it's no less delicious. Vegetables, fruits, meat, fish, side dishes, sauces, bread, rolls, soup, wine, sangria, juices, sweets. There is plenty of everything from the beginning to the end of the meal time. There are several main dishes that are available every day, and several that change to diversify.
Minus. when there is an influx of people, dirty dishes come across. Not all waiters smile at Russians, as it seemed to us.
Animation. Sports in the mornings, a program in the evenings, on-site bar, swimming pool, a rooftop lounge area on the 4th floor with a shower instead of a pool and sun beds, billiards, a children's room.
Minus. Paid beach towels.
The location. The beach is a 7-minute walk away, there are many cafes, restaurants, bars, several supermarkets nearby, it is not far to Los Gigantes - one of the attractions of the island of Tenerife.
Do not go if you are used to relaxing in luxury hotels, this one is modest, cute, neat. For example, we love them, so we were very satisfied.

Everything is super, the food is excellent, everything is fresh, the bartenders in the bar are not good boors, there were 3 bartenders, but Martin remembered the name, the rooms are clean, they clean conscientiously, people are also responsive on the rickshaw
