Pros: polite staff, cleanliness, go to a meeting in some matters.
There is a transfer service.
Good location - there are many different cafes, shops, pharmacies nearby.
Clean linen every other day is quite enough.
We once bought shrimp, they cooked them for us for free.
Curtains are a complete blackout.
Sometimes they put fresh flowers in the room.
A more or less stable Internet connection was enough for zoom and remote access.
Delicious breakfast buffet and kitchen.
Cons: windows that face the street do not open (those with a diamond). The windows to the courtyard open.
A red cockroach was spotted in the dining room once) well, it wouldn't be India) but it was once in 6 weeks.
It is better not to settle on the top floor - there is something like a cafe on top, and from about 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. chairs are moved - you can only fall asleep with earplugs.
