A wonderful vacation. The kitchen and service are excellent. I was not a little pleased with the ebb of the sea. But not critical. Drinks are decent. Entertainment for every taste.

In general, the hotel is not bad. The room is clean, well-groomed territory, nice pool. Of the minuses: the food is not varied: breakfast, lunch and dinner were repeated every day; the pool is too small for so many vacationers, old furniture and plumbing in the rooms. And I would like to add separately for the New Year's gala dinner: making a buffet for so many guests was a failed decision -there was a huge queue, and people got absolutely nothing from food; from drinks - everything that was every day in the "all inclusive" I would like champagne in the New Year). Money is wasted. But the fireworks are amazing, thanks a lot for that! And the biggest minus that spoiled the whole impression of the hotel is the staff. In the morning, when they were evicted, they did not want to return the deposit, referring to the fact that they had already closed the room, although they had not even accepted it yet.

Beer can only be served in an open form, sealed cans cannot be taken.
The juice ends up on the beach quickly, there is no apple juice at all, only sometimes it appears.
There is no fruit, only sliced like a salad.
If you leave at 14.00 or 16.00, it is forbidden to have lunch, only breakfast.
There is no whole fried fish, only small, incomprehensible pieces, then boiled or baked.
The rest seems to be fine.
The bay is shallow and dirty.

I really spoiled the impression that the hotel turned out to be pet free, which was unacceptable for me. Hotel review sites say that pets are prohibited.
Very old rooms, the ceiling leaked very much twice. The old gym.
The sea at low tide (which was every day) is very shallow, it was possible to swim normally only during high tides. Alcohol is mediocre, and paid is very expensive.
The pools are small, which with a bar is always crowded.
On the plus side, all the food is delicious.
The animation is different every day.
In the evening, it's beautiful by the water with lights, except for the moments when the animals are sitting on the tables and you can't find clean pillows on chairs and banquettes.

We were from May 26 to June 5, 2 adults and 2 children, standard room. Of course, the hotel is old, they say it was almost the very first built in Ras al Khaimah, but we did not pay attention to it, we liked everything, friendly staff, interesting animation, food, there were enough sun beds for everyone on the beach and at the pool! BUT I want to warn you not to order a photo shoot from a photographer near the restaurant, a huge disappointment and a lot of money thrown away!!!!

Disgusting beach. The owner of the hotel does not pay attention to the numerous complaints of tourists about the lack of algae harvesting on the beach. As a result: after low tide, there are mountains of algae on the beach, which emit the stench of rotten fish in the sun. Entering the sea- silt and thick algae, through which you have to wade.
Extremely unpleasant. The children did not swim.
All 2 pools - without awnings, in the open sun.
All rooms are small and one-room. In the standard room that we booked, we saw a huge cockroach on the floor. We were offered to upgrade the room category to de luxe for $ 115. As a result, the room is the same size and has only 2 beds for 4. From the food- there are no coffee machines, only in the restaurant at the bartender, they pour. 150 ml of cappuccino, if you stand in line for it, because the bartender is one. Coffee bars make instant cheap from cans. And for lunch and dinner, the coffee machines are closed. The trouble with fruits is that unripe watermelons and apples are cut into cubes, like a salad.
Of course, there is no infrastructure either, it takes 25-30 minutes by taxi to Ras al Khaimah. Not close and not cheap. We understood that. We went for the sea and fruit, but we didn't get either.
There is no sea, no fruit for children. Where did such laudatory reviews come from????
Among the advantages - there is evening animation, the territory is well maintained. There are 3 water slides. Meals for 3- sour salads with pasta. But you can find rice and pasta for children. The meat is flavored with spices.

We were sitting at work and suddenly decided to rush to the sun, which we didn't regret a bit! The bay is in the bay and very shallow. It was cool, so I didn't swim much.
CHECK-IN AND ROOM: Checked in quickly (but we arrived after 14:00). There is a Russian-speaking girl at the reception. We lived in CABANA rooms. In general, the room is not bad, but not for picky. But we didn't come here to sit in the room. A huge double bed, the room itself is large and plus we got a room with access to the pool. The room has all the necessary shower accessories, tea, minibar, free safe. The only negative is that the shower cabin leaves much to be desired. The cleaning is excellent, there are no complaints.
TERRITORY: The territory is quite green and well maintained. There are two pools: one near the CABANA rooms, the second with a bar on the beach. If you want silence, then you go to the rooms, there are quiet and better sun beds. Near the pool with a bar there are children, music, animation and a lot of people. But it's fun. There is also a bar near the CABANA rooms and on the beach.
FOOD: The food is varied and delicious. Everyone will find something for themselves: fish, meat, salads, vegetables, fruits. And sweets are just a bomb!!!! From alcohol: wine, gin-tonic, whiskey-cola, beer in cans of AMSTEL (which is a huge plus!!!). Near the pool in the afternoon you could take ice cream snacks.
ANIMATION: Evening shows are held every evening near the beach bar. First, children's animation (the same every day), then adult. Calling shows are interesting (dancing, fireshows), but if the show was conducted by animators, then this is a failure. It wasn't interesting at all, because they didn't have much desire to entertain people. There was yoga, aqua, etc., but we didn't go. The guys don't really invite people., they admire themselves more. But with the kids, it seems, they are good, they ran contentedly.
But in general, the staff is very pleasant and responsive.
We were satisfied with the rest and did not encounter any problems!)))

Just returned home with my wife from vacation, rested together on 23.05 – 04.06.2022. I want to share my impressions about the hotel.
A nice first-line hotel with its own beach. Not new, but everything is very decent.
There are swimming pools, including children's pools.
The beach is simply magnificent!
First of all, it's big. Secondly, multi-level. Thirdly, the sun beds grouped in pairs under the awnings are located at a distance from each other, creating the illusion of privacy. Fourth, even with the maximum load of the hotel (usually on Saturday - Sunday), there are always free sun beds on the beach and by the pools. Fine, gentle sand, smooth coastline, smooth, well–felt increase in depth as you enter the water - all this creates excellent conditions even for those who do not swim very well.
Entertainment is standard for all resort hotels. Everything is organized quite decently.
The food is good, varied. It offers a lot of vegetables and fruits, a large selection of sweet desserts. There may be little seafood, but this is for an amateur. Very polite, friendly, responsive staff, mostly understanding what they want from him when you address them in Russian. And if in weak English, then there is no problem at all. In addition, at the reception in each shift there is always a manager who speaks Russian well, who will always come to the rescue.
In general, it would be possible to put a solid four with a bold plus, but …
I had to celebrate my birthday many times in resort hotels (in Cuba, Greece, Jordan, Egypt, Emirates, etc.). BM Hotels & Resorts is the only hotel in the history of my long-term vacation in foreign resorts where I was not congratulated on behalf of the hotel person on my birthday (especially in this year it was my anniversary). Not that I was very upset about it, I received quite a lot of congratulations from friends and celebrated my holiday well. But, as in that old joke, the sediment remained. I really hope that this happened only to me.
Well, in general, a good hotel for a family holiday. I recommend it.

The hotel is not the newest. I would like a room with a more recent renovation. And room cleaning is not the best. It was done either very late, or dirty towels were taken away and fresh ones were not brought for a long time.
I liked the buffet, the food was delicious. The water was warm in the pools, and icy on the slides.
A varied entertainment program was held in the evening. One of the advantages is a children's room with animators.

Good afternoon. Vacationed with my wife from February 27 to March 5, 2023. On request, there was a deluxe room, provided only a bungalow. It's okay, we agreed. All accessories, namely toothbrushes, soap soap have never been changed. Towels were not changed, only after the sign about the need for such. The day before departure, the linen was changed but not a single towel was provided. The Arab who delivers laundry sent us in Russian at all. During a conversation with the guide Evgeny, the latter explained that he could not influence the actions of the administration. Only after Russian explanations did we receive towels. It's a pity that a decent rest was spoiled by the friendly attitude of the staff.
