I arrived in a BMW e92. The complaint was about a metallic rustle when driving (I pointed to the brake disc reflector). Lifting the car onto the lift, the master pointed to the replacement of the gearbox. Subsequently, I learned that it was at least wrong to check the gearbox in the air. Further, they pointed out the minimum chips in it, although the oil was light.
I buy a gearbox for $ 380, we get tired, they call me and say the sound remains, I change another gearbox for a bumper, the sound becomes quieter and does not go away. We disagree on the fact that I will go for a ride and change the oil in the gearbox in a week. I go to another service and realize that I was just divorced here, because the reason was in the disc reflector, and the gearbox cannot rustle in principle, it either hums or cracks. Moreover, I rode 100km a day on it without problems and in comfort. The rustle of the leaf worried me . Later, after diving in, I find out that this is a chip, which is normal both in the gearbox and in the automatic transmission. The question is what is it, and what color is the oil. The oil was light here, it is obvious that the gearbox is in good working order. At a meeting with the director, the receptionist began to shirk responsibility and that during acceptance he heard 2 sounds, in fact it was just a lie to remove responsibility. I was offered to return my native gearbox to its place and if everything is OK, I will get my money back. But there is no more time or desire to mess with them. I went 2 times to change the gearbox personally, now go 3 times outside the MKAD, arrange a refund and leave the car at the service again. Just because someone has made a bad diagnosis. They created a problem for me and I still have to fix it. You made a mistake = admit it, and these are attempts to do everything so as not to return anything.
The trust and competence of the service is at zero. Communication with the director showed me that they don't care about their reputation. Moreover, when it came to the courts, they made it clear to me that we can say that you replaced the gearbox when you brought it for examination, because you left(although the agreement was that I test for a week and then change the oil in the gearbox). The director was outraged that I stopped at another service station after them. In general, it's all very funny, because the disc reflector costs 50p, and I gave almost $ 700 and the problem is not solved. Moreover, the service indicated: "well, you agreed to replace the gearbox." The SRT is initially aimed not at helping, but at maximizing income. I did not think that it was possible to do incompetently and get divorced for money. They work according to the exclusion method, but you pay for all their "research". They are not responsible for the work. It's up to you to trust them with your car or not. I was here for the first and last time.
If you want to stay without a car for at least 3 weeks, come here!! The service is terrible. No one calls or informs. They promised to repair the rail in 2 days. 3 weeks!! And the calls are sometimes answered. But there is only one answer. We are setting it up. We will get the result and immediately file a lawsuit. How much money and nerves were spent in 3 weeks without a car and in complete misunderstanding

A terrible HUNDRED! I arrived on X5 e53 with a complaint about kicks / jerks when driving (I suspected a distributor myself). We made a diagnosis of the suspension and the computer. We found a lot of nuances about the car (most of which did not affect the complaint: brakes, shock absorbers, etc., a total of 3000r+). In the general list there was the position of the intercooler pipe left (260p used +50p work), I specially came to see them live, made sure that the problem was only in the lower pipe of the pipe. By 5-minute Googling, I find the bottom of the pipe new for 75 rubles, the next day I ask why you are selling a whole used pipe without warranty, instead of changing only the bottom 3 times cheaper. The admin's answer: our suppliers do not have it, I open this bottom of the pipe on their suppliers' website for +-100p, I say maybe at least apologize, it's an ugly situation, right? The admin evades the answer, does not admit guilt, they say it was not him, but Maxim did the calculation ...
in general, at this stage it was possible to say goodbye to them, but I think since I arrived, I will eliminate at least some of the problems. They do not say what to change specifically affecting the problem, change what you want, they only recommend. The silent block of the front lever, the distributor support and the front clutch were replaced, nothing has changed, only 700p. Okay, I picked up the car on Thursday. On Friday evening, the call came - these handjobs forgot to put 2 plastic protectors on the bottom. On Monday, I get off work and go to them. They put up protection (again, no apologies, no compensation, apparently this is the norm for them). In parallel, once the car is on the pickup, they decide to remove the distributor from the servo drive: turn off the all-wheel drive. They were cleanly removed and hooked with a screed (they did not wrap anything, let everything rot there).

and signed up for repairs a couple of days later. As a result, I paid twice for the diagnosis of the same issue + plus, all the clamps along the air line were not twisted and forgot to connect the catalyst purge chip.
