It's cold in the apartment, the batteries were warm, I left an application for the number 115 on 09.12.2022. today, 12.12.2022, no one came, I decided to re-apply , I call and they tell me that the application is closed , everything works, the batteries are not delivered , everything is fine , as I wonder they found out without arriving , terrible attitude , they could although I would have called the number I left, there is a small child in the apartment !!!
