A factory operated here, which, by its specifics, could not change for the better and stay afloat after a drop in demand for its products and types of work due to typical problems in Belarus.
Firstly, over the past 26 years, no one has thought about which products from mechanical repair plants are more necessary for Belarusians and what is better in this case to produce on existing equipment or after modernization, for which there were or could be grounds. In other words, the company's management did not study the market, did not think about the consequences of their activities without paying attention to the market. And as a result, it was forced to manufacture unnecessary goods, try to sell them somehow, but the proceeds could not arrive in a timely manner. And then it came to bankruptcy and closure of the company.
Secondly, the name of the company itself contains the reason for its closure. The company was engaged not only in the production of spare parts, but also in the repair of machinery and equipment. Considering that part of the repair work is carried out at the breakdown sites, and the main part of the repair work is done by consumers or their hired workers (locksmiths, etc.), the staff of the repair shop simply sat around, taking on a huge part of the income in the form of wages. It should be understood that it is simply impractical to keep permanent workers for episodic activities (repair, reconstruction, etc.), as well as to deliver bulky equipment to a repair plant, since workers in such workplaces can be both unnecessarily overloaded with work and remain idle for weeks and even months.
And everything could be different if this company studied the market and its needs and did what people need. For example: - sports equipment, which now has to be either imported or made from improvised means
- hand tools (files, pliers, scissors, steel rulers, screwdrivers, etc.)
- nozzles for screwdrivers and other tools.
