The food is disgusting. The bread plate is just apparently half-eaten pieces from other guests, Guinness is really passable. Of course, this is a legend of Almaty restaurants, but this legend frankly lacks service and competent chefs. The waiter accepted the order and gave it out as God would say - to give out beer first, then snacks, then fresh (without the espresso ordered for it), while leaving the child without a drink is a level. The rest of the items from the order were also given haphazardly.
The food quality is a solid four, except for briskett - briskett is disgusting, hard and dry.

I was around 23 o'clock on Saturday, there were few people, a lot of empty tables. The branded beer did not go in, for an amateur, I do not lower my rating for it, but the two dishes ordered were simply disgusting - the French fries tasted absolutely empty, even ketchup did not save, the spicy chicken wings were dry and clearly warmed up, the taste was specific, I could not finish, even with beer. It was also cold in the hall.

Very poor service! The waiters are very long and reluctant to serve. They ordered beer and brought it in 30 minutes, and that was only because they started to get indignant and called the administrator. The rest of the dishes were either forgotten altogether, or they were brought almost an hour later. At the same time, there were few visitors. Neither the waiters nor the receptionist even apologized for such service. In this restaurant, as I understand it, such service is the norm.
I do not recommend visiting this restaurant!

The establishment leaves much to be desired. The prices are high, the beer is disgusting. Bartenders can pour, and waiters can bring, without warning, the last mug from the keg (when it's already solid water and the beer has long been exhausted). I strongly do not recommend it.
