pros- they communicate via watsapp, they take a deposit in cash. The car is clean, but with an empty tank (fuel per 100 km is a plus for me, because a full tank is a relative concept). They didn't take the money for the car wash (dust on the body plus gnats on the muzzle).
cons - they gave me a link to the website, where the price is $ 47 per day for a Citroen C4. I even sent them a screenshot, nothing bothered them, they just said that the car would not be white, but red. They sent the photo .
When registering, it turned out that the price was $75! They started making up stories about a technical glitch. The guy in the office doesn't solve anything, he transferred everything to a certain "manager" who also wrote about the failure and $75. There was nothing to do, it was evening, we were tired and walked to this office, and he was on the mountain. I had to charge for 75.
The deposit is 300 euros. It was returned when the car was returned, minus the toll on the Pamukala toll highway. But there was an amount of 285 lira, I was ready to give cash lira (285 lira is 6.6 euros). They withheld 10 euros without discussion. Compensate 3.4 euros (140 liras) they refused, referring to the fact that there was no change at the ATM, but there was no cash. They did not offer to solve the problem in any way, only at the expense of "discounts next time". It's a small thing, but the sediment remains.
Also, the rental employee does not speak English. He communicated with me through a watsap translator. Inconvenient.

Two moms and children took the car for two weeks, the air conditioning was very weak, despite the fact that the air temperature was 38 in the shade. I had to look for a shade to put the car there to cool down and only then I could go. The car was brought with an empty tank, and we still have to get to the gas station. We decided to hand over the car two days earlier, wrote about it in advance, received confirmation and then it started 🙈 when returning the car, the money was not returned to us in two days, although they promised to do it, there was a scratch on the car, which they also wanted to hang on us, but we were saved that when they took it, the condition of the car was completely removed on the video. There is almost a full tank for gasoline, the money is not refunded either! When we found out that the money would not be refunded, we decided that we would leave the car and ride for two more days, but as it turned out, we also could not do this, since they had already rented the car to other people! And they said that they would turn it off anyway by navigation and we would not be able to drive, they threatened us, of course we did not get involved in a scandal, since we were on vacation with young children! So be careful - these are scammers!!!

Attention!!! I do not recommend this car rental. The car I got broke down - a problem with the clutch. I lost two days and planned trips. The money was not returned. Mr. Ercan took $230 out of the deposit for repairs, although I was not to blame for the problem and the rules do not specify that the tenant is responsible for the technical condition of the engine and gearbox. We have been in dialogue with the police, but this is not their jurisdiction. Keep in mind that if the car breaks down, then you will be charged for repairs! Avoid this rental!

Well, then the circus, your car is not on the machine, I gave it to someone today and other nonsense. For your price, I can give you a dead one on the mechanics, others on the machine that I have will cost 200 euros more (!), we took a car for 11 days. As a result, we traded a few dozen more and had to take it, because the villa was in a remote area and there was no desire to look for it by taxi. The car had a mileage of more than 50 thousand km. in normal technical condition. The deposit can be made in cash, 200 EUROS. We handed over the car at the Airport, of course the person was an hour late, the deposit was returned.
