My favorite fitness studio! The wonderful cozy atmosphere, the personal attention of a highly professional coach, the caring attitude of the administrators Anastasia and Marina, the stylish interior, in general, all this won my heart.
Based on the effects of training, I can say that in 25 minutes I get more benefits than from 2 hours in a regular gym. I already feel the recomposition of the body (in 2 months of classes), increased endurance and simply improved well-being and mood.
I am currently studying with coach Sultan, before that I was coached by Kirill. Both are great, I recommend them from the bottom of my heart.
I will buy a subscription for six months, EMS in BodyPoint is my love.

My skin has always reacted to any procedure with redness and irritation. Because I have rosacea. But Heleo4 was an exception. The procedures turned out to be so gentle that for the first time I was able to treat the skin without consequences. The inflammation has gone away, the redness has disappeared, and I am enjoying a healthy appearance. But in any case, it will be necessary to repeat the course later.
