I took a massage course - it 's true 🔥
The most valuable result for me is the elasticity of the skin, I did not think that it could be changed at all. Of course, the volumes decreased - I did the course before the start of active training and thanks to this I managed to avoid the period when you work in the gym, but nothing changes. First, I removed the excess LPG, and I'm working on the rest in the gym. It feels like the body has been very well cleansed of "deposits" with toxins, the volume is not the last couple of years, but half of life 🥹

I took a course of LPG massage in combination with pressotherapy at BodyStudio. I am very pleased! The body has become more prominent, tightened, the swelling on the hips has gone away.
