A magical place, a truly heavenly palace with golden elevators, a gorgeous shower, air conditioning, a large bed and three types of porridge for breakfast. This is especially felt in contrast after spending the night on a train traveling along the Jizzakh-Andijan route.))) Very cozy, modern rooms with everything you need, including normal slippers, a bathrobe and a tea and coffee station. And the breakfasts are really delicious, cheeses, sausages, cold cuts, vegetables, fruits, omelets and fried eggs. It's impossible to list everything. The staff is very polite and sincere, they sincerely strive to help. I recommend the hotel.

Now they have completed and commissioned a new building. Cool. The facilities are very good.

Great hotel, all for 4+. The managers are polite, the room has everything you need for comfort.
The only thing that does not reach 5 is a problem with water if hot or cold water is turned on in the next room, then you have cold and hot water, respectively, you constantly need to adjust the flow of water, and this is an extra cost for water for the hotel, you waste time and nerves.
The hotel is still a five-star hotel.

A great hotel. Everything is clean, cozy, and tasteful. Nice design, new furniture, snow-white fluffy towels. The staff is polite and friendly and responsive to each guest. There were no complaints about the cleaning. I was pleasantly surprised by the free Wi-Fi with good speed.
A great buffet! How rich the breakfast is, everything is very tasty. It was a pleasure to be here! I recommend it!!!

The restaurant is not the same as it used to be, the service is lame, the waiters are arrogant and rude in the open. The request to change the dish was refused because of its not presentable appearance.... Apparently it's time for the owner to pay special attention to his staff. Otherwise, he will lose a lot of regular customers.

Considering the small number of hotels in Andijan, this one is one of the best. But if you evaluate it objectively, then the hotel is of average quality, but with polite and courteous staff. I was especially pleased with the view from the window of my room. My window overlooked.... the corridor of another hotel under construction)))) Ro's office had a long corridor with numerous openings under the doors. Naturally, you can't open the curtains or the window.

We came to Uzbekistan to my mother's homeland. Tashkent called to book a room in Andijan at this hotel. One price was announced on the phone. Upon arrival at the hotel, the manager said that we are not residents and the cost will be different. Three and a half times higher than the voiced one!!! We didn't agree. The manager spread his hands and said he couldn't help. I hesitated a little and already named the price lower, but not the one that was announced at the time of booking. Dear administration of this hotel, what are your room rates? It seemed that we were at the bazaar and they were haggling with us about the cost. They did not move in. The impression was ruined. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I'm betting 4 because of the price. The price in Andijan hotels does not correspond to reality at all when compared with other areas. The hotel is clean, the staff is responsive, there is no cable TV (there is satellite but only free channels are open), the breakfast is a good buffet. There is no pool, massage, etc.

There was a locked safe in the room, which squeaked loudly if you hit the chest of drawers. To open this safe, I spent 2 days trying to persuade a person at the counter.
Until I stood there and stood for an hour, the question did not budge.
There is no iron in the hotel for 100-200 bucks per day, it's nonsense, but it's true. It's broken. Perhaps they tried to earn money on ironing themselves, but asking irresponsible people to iron silk things... They didn't even ask.
The button on the toilet is broken, the towel is old with stains, there is noise from the switchboard in the room, the windows do not protect dust from noise ... 5 stars did not lie next to it.
Any three Hilton compared to this hotel is 25 stars.
Apparently the owner "squeezes" the location and once it was a good hotel....
We are not going to stop any more.
Forewarned - armed.
