The store isn’t bad, but service is the worst.
The longest point of sale processing, shop assistant declined my request for tax free, although my basket was more then 1200tl.

Great stock store! Not all sizes are available, but the price can be compared in other stores of this shopping center, and then come here and buy. It's much more profitable.

A large store, many brands, large fitting rooms, good discounts on goods come across. But consultants are absolutely not interested in the client, their interest appears only when the client has already chosen the product himself and goes to the checkout with it. At this point, a consultant magically appears, who will gladly enter his number to fulfill a percentage of sales. The behavior of the cashier's employees is absolutely unprofessional, it seems that the employees did not come to work, but to have fun and hang out. It absolutely ruined the impression of the store. Also, the cashier employees, who are passionate about their fun, forget to remove the magnets from their clothes, so I recommend checking the goods without leaving the cashier, so as not to return to the store later. The fitting rooms are dirty and dusty, there is nowhere to put things.

I don't like this Boyner anymore, the service at the checkout is disgusting, the consultants in the hall are also interested in the customer, and the cashiers are trash. Embittered, unprofessional, I made purchases for 6000 TL and I did not get all the necessary discounts. Apparently, on purpose. The fitting rooms are always dusty and there are no chairs, which is very inconvenient. And the store's assortment is good.
