It's not the first time I've been in this hospital with a child.
In principle, everything is fine, the child likes all the procedures, but I ran into a teacher (speech therapist Aulabayeva Baldyrgan Oiratovna) who does not fulfill her direct duties, I believe that an individual approach is needed for special children, since you work here, please be competent
I don't recommend it.in general, the staff is good, the attitude towards children is polite.but! The dining room is on the ground floor, you have to run all day for procedures on different floors from the 1st to the 5th.There is no elevator.the hot water runs only until lunch and then only from Monday to Friday. There is no sink in the room.the toilet is shared by 4 rooms, we are lying now on 07/24/2023.mosquitoes gnaw at night.there is a shower downstairs in the basement for about 300 tenge to wash.but who to leave the child with.I don't want to trust other moms who have aggressive autistic children who can hit the younger and weak ones.the building is not adapted for sick people.walking children have to be carried all day up the stairs, it 's very hard.the specialists are not bad. The child has become faster .they were admitted with hypotension
The doctors are super, the service staff are polite, they will help, prompt, conduct. Of course there are no conditions , but doctors compensate everything with their knowledge !!! a huge minus is impossible to get through : a bunch of numbers not one does not pick up the phone , and if they take it , they kick it , call there , call here , tell this, tell that . Impossible!!!!!! It seems you need to write a complaint.
We were lying down twice, I really liked the medical staff and all the Bolashak workers in general. Everything is fine, if only repairs could be done in the building, it would be fine
Cons: rude nurse, no elevator, PICK UP PHONES, rude cooks, it's cold, enter the room without knocking, yell at patients.
Pros: delicious food, good massage therapists.
Excellent doctors. Wonderful staff. They always meet young patients and their parents or guardians halfway. It's hard to say that we were satisfied with visiting the hospital, but our stay there was as comfortable and convenient as possible.
I didn't lie down myself, but I visited my relatives, the staff (downstairs at the entrance) was friendly, provided shoe covers, explained how to get through, greeted in response, which is not unimportant
