The hotel is excellent, there is a descent to the subway right at the exit. Nearby are Penny and Reve shops, several pharmacies. Marienplatz is a 30-minute walk away. The hotel itself is clean, cleaned thoroughly every day. The staff is friendly and friendly. I had a two-burner stove and a refrigerator in my room. A microwave was available on request. The mattress is comfortable, the only disadvantage for me is that the lighting is weak, but this is subjective. The hotel also has a laundry room and extensive parking.

Great hotel. It is very conveniently located. The subway is right at the entrance. 5 minutes walk to Teresa's Meadow, 20 minutes leisurely to the old town.
Good repair, cozy rooms, friendly staff.
The breakfast is not bad, we have not been hungry more than once.

Great hotel! There is an administrator who speaks Russian. The rooms are spacious, clean and cozy. Excellent breakfasts. I stayed at this hotel as part of a business trip, if I am in Munich again, I will definitely choose this hotel!
