Was it dangerous to enter into a deal for the sale of an apartment in Bulgaria while in Moscow? Very!
Were there any doubts that the sale of real estate under this scheme would work in principle? Huge!
Did you think that there would be difficulties with transferring or receiving money, "hidden" commissions, expenses, payments, etc. would be revealed? Constantly!
In fact: everything went quickly (from the first consultation with the company to the actual receipt of the money, it took about two months), seamlessly, as contact-friendly and comfortable as possible!

10 years ago, with the help of us, we bought an apartment in the paradise town of Elenite, in the complex of Privilige Fort Beach. The purchase was easy and without a headache.
Now we had to sell our apartment. Moreover, it is now quite difficult and very expensive to come to Bulgaria from Russia. We decided to contact Bulgaria House, an already familiar and proven reliable agency, again.

We sold the apartment in Elenita with the help of Ekaterina and the Bulgaria House agency. Everything is organized clearly: preparation, screening, negotiations. We are especially grateful that everything could be solved remotely. We are not in Bulgaria ourselves. The money was transferred to the euro account quickly and without delay. Great experience!
