We would like to thank the medical staff of the surgical department of Mogilev Regional Children's Hospital for their professionalism, attention, care, and friendly attitude. My grandson, Vanya Verevkin, was taken to the Mogilev Regional Children's Hospital on 03/22/2025 by ambulance from Bykhov with signs of appendicitis. The boy is hearing-impaired. The attention from doctors and nurses was at a high level. Unfortunately, she did not specify which of the doctors operated. To everyone who was with Vanya for all ten days, many thanks to the attending physician Avsyuk Anna Alexandrovna, she always politely and easily talked about the condition after the operation, to the nurses, especially Kristina, Oksana, for their care, attention, ability to communicate with children, and for their professionalism. She was involved in both pediatrics and surgery. Of course, the cases are different, and this is very noticeable. The staff is very kind and attentive. But the very situation in the building where the pediatric department is located is terrible.
There was 1 bathroom for the entire department. Nothing was locked, the whole bathroom was cleaned, it felt like once a day. There are 4 people in each ward, and it could happen that both adult children and mothers with babies are in the same room on the same bed. This is certainly not convenient. You could only take a shower in the morning if you had time. And I had to stand for an hour. The outlets are only in one room. (game room), which was locked with a key every time. There is an extension cord in one outlet, which is not very safe, considering how many people want to charge the phone.
In the new building (where the surgical department is located, everything is much better), the wards themselves are blocky, and in each block there was a bathroom with a shower, as well as sockets for 2-3 pieces, which was much more convenient.

Understanding that they are not communicating with doctors. That is, they speak Russian, they do not intimidate. It's all about the case. I want to say a huge thank you for your hard work and patience! Separately, I am glad that you can get to any specialist through the consulting clinic for a fee. Faced with such a need, I understand that between private centers and our regional nursery, I will choose the latter.

I lay 2 times with a small child.
The first time I was in the neonatal department, the second in the infectious boxed department, I was very pleased with the staff of these departments, starting with doctors, ending with barmaids. Everyone is very polite, sympathetic, responsive and understanding, I do not undertake to judge the qualifications of doctors, since I am not an expert, but my baby was cured and helped.
But there was one big but.
I still can't figure out in my head why there is still no repair in the newborn department, where it would seem that babies and their mothers should be comfortable. It's a nightmare what's going on there.
As for me, just patch up, paint the walls and it will be fresh and cozy.

Wonderful head Inna Vladimirovna and the same staff of her department, from the nurses and the buffet, from the nurses to the Fairy in the treatment room, she has a separate respect, sorry for the screams and all the inconveniences, you are a talent. They look after the children, they worry. I'm in touch with my parents. Thanks to the chief physician for understanding, I heard that he said at the meeting that he should be in compliance with all the norms, but the admission of the parents of the department to contact the doctor, since children, even almost adults, do not know everything about themselves and do not remember everything about themselves as mothers, and there everything is essential in the specifics of their diseases. Other specialist doctors Olga Alexandrovna (it seems) is an ophthalmologist and other doctors, nurses at examinations and procedures. Even in the corridors, nurses, seeing confused children or looking for something, will always ask if you are not lost or what you are looking for, they will tell you, they will direct you. Only a woman from physical therapy left an unnatural impression, and when we asked a question, and when she led a lot of children to her on the corridor, rudely pulled them down, cursed that they were not going so loudly, but in fact, instead of swearing, she could organize them and line them up, explaining. I think it's time for a person to retire, I'm tired judging by my behavior, and by the kind of age I'm already retired. And so, thank you all!!)))
