Foreign citizens and stateless persons temporarily staying or temporarily residing in the Republic of Belarus have the right to affordable medical care at their own expense, funds of legal entities and other sources not prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, unless otherwise established by legislative acts of the Republic of Belarus and international treaties of the Republic of Belarus.
It follows from the international agreement that in.citizens with a residence permit of the Republic of Belarus should receive paid medical services on an equal basis with citizens of the Republic of Belarus. And in. citizens without a residence permit at affordable prices, not prohibited by law, which established a maximum tariff of 29.22 bel.rubles!!!!
Are there qualified lawyers and economists in state institutions that work within the framework of the law?
Do state medical organizations check for compliance with tariffs, justification and legality of them? The cost (price list) of paid services for a citizen of the Russian Federation is prohibitive, both for examination and for consultations.
And what law governs state medical institutions when they have 1 price list for citizens of the Republic of Belarus, 2 price list for foreigners and a residence permit of the Republic of Belarus, 3 price list for foreigners without a residence permit. Everything is clear with the commercial level, but not 3 price lists and not a difference of 1000% of the minimum cost (for citizens of the Republic of Belarus). This is some kind of "double-entry bookkeeping"!

And I would not refuse, but after signing, they offered to wait in line again. With a broken and broken finger on a rusty piece of iron, which, in the absence of a tetanus vaccination, is still not a threat to life for the staff of this institution. Motivated by the fact that "you yourself were able to limp? So there is no threat to life."
Injured in Brest - it's better to find another place. Or go to Minsk, they will provide assistance without bullying.

No one is moving, there is no concern for the sick. The worst thing is that the people who arrived by ambulance are sitting in line like everyone else! It is impossible to say anything good about traumatology on Lenin.Traumatology is a complete mess. Communicating with patients in an ugly tone. The waiting time is constantly very long..regardless of the day of the week and the number of people in the queue..
The attitude of traumatologists to work is irresponsible (A person walks for a week with a metal fragment in his leg.. The first attempt on the 1st day of the injury was unsuccessful, they could not get the fragment. There still hasn't been a second attempt a week later.
